It went fantastic from start to finish. Tim responded to my inquiry very quickly. We were preparing our home for sale in a tough market and they accommodated a very demanding timeline. Tim and his team were fantastic. The attention to detail they exhibited is unheard of today. We sold our home in 3 days and I am convinced that our gorgeous foyer and unqique backsplash were major contributors!

Job went very well. They were punctual in the appointment for an estimate, and also with the installation. Installation was delayed because of terrible snow storm, but they communicated very well with us and we arranged a new date. They arrived on time, and finished promptly in the estimated time frame. Work was done very well.

Overall went very well and can't complain too much for quality of work since this was a repair job and trying to match up grout lines with existing tilework can be a tough task for any tile expert. I do wish that a little more attention was paid to the installation of tiles on the wall portion of shower since these tiles slid a little and caused a further gap in grout line than I thought was necesary. I would recommend them and use them again.

The tile job was just OK, but not great. I am not sure I would recommend this company to others as I was not thrilled with the experience.

Everything was outstanding including the price. Total price above was labor and misc. supplies. We purchased the tile and vanity. Others were not even interested in the demolition part of the project.

We were very happy with the service we received. They did a great job and were very prompt, responsive, and professional. They made great recommendations as far as what kind of tile would look best, and directed us to a good tile store to pick out exactly what we wanted. The price was very good, and we were thrilled with the end result.

Tim Whiteman came over to look at the job I was impressed immediately by his knowledge and professionalism. He made several recommendations regarding tile type and size and explained the reasoning behind his recommendations. He also referred us to a tile dealer that he has a good relationship with and was able to get us an excellent discount on the tile we wanted. His quote was extremely competitive and we decided that he was definitely the one we wanted doing the job. When the tile came in, he went to the tile dealer and checked the order, bringing it with him when he was ready to start the job - - we simply paid for the tile with a phone call and a credit card. Tim made it all very easy. Tim worked with us to arrange an installation period that was convenient for us. Once the job started, Tim and his helper worked hard until it was finished. The old adhesive from the tiles they removed ended up being harder to remove than they expected, but they got it all off. They were also able to remove and replace the old shoe moldings without damaging them, which meant that we didn't have to repaint the baseboards. The tile installation itself went smoothly and the floor is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I agree that Tim Whiteman is now our go-to guy for tile.

Tim of Tile Masters is a busy guy, but probably because he's so good. I was arranging the whole job from 1,000 miles away for a rental property in Baltimore. Tim worked with me and my tenants and we able to schedule the job, pick out tile, and get the job done in a way that worked for everyone. I was happy with how easy it was to set it all up and my tenants were pleased with the way Tim was able to accommodate their schedules to get the floor completed. The finished product looked great and the price for labor was reasonable. I spent more than I wanted to but that's because I chose an expensive tile. It was worth it in the end because the job looks great and was done on time and according to the estimate.

Excellent! Tim and Steve were very professional. Tim came out to do an estimate within a couple days of calling. They were a little busy but were able to schedule the job in a reasonable period of time. Tile Masters installed 240sq ft of tile on the basement floor and around the bar and wood stove. Another 15sq ft was installed in the half bath downstairs to match. They arrived as scheduled every day, and worked very efficiently. Everything was done on time and the quality is great. They also had the best price out of multiple tile companies. I will be re-hiring to do more tile work in the future.

I think he did a really good job. He was a perfectionist, so, if I didn't like a certain tile, he would change it with another one. He had a really good eye. He was less expensive than the other guys, but, it was still pricey. If I am going to use him again, I think I would shop around for prices.

We are beyond pleased with the tile install. Tim took the time to arrange the tiles in different patterns to provide examples of how to lay it. He was very meticulous. At one point he was having difficulty fitting tile in a door way (from the half-bath into the rest of the basement) and didn't give up until he found why it wasn't sliding into position correctly. He barely had to do alot of "cutting" of the tile. They always say to buy 10% over the amount of tile you need -- Tim probably used only 2% over. After the install he and his helper cleaned up thoroughly. I will be contacting them again when I choose the tile for my Master Bathroom.

Billing amount was exactly equal to the estimate - no surprises. Neat, professional and punctual. Cleaned up properly after completion of work.

Tim and Steve were very professional. Tim came out on a Sunday to give us an estimate. The job was scheduled two weeks in advance. They put in the Durarock and and floor underlayment on the first day, and then spent the nest two and one half days tiling and grouting. It was a very difficult job because our contractor had left the walls crooked, and we chose a difficult tile with which to work. Tim and Steve worked late, compensated for the wall problems, and did a fantastic job. The estimate was very close to the final bill. The only difference being the extra mastic that they had to purchase to make up for the crooked walls. They were friendly, and I would highly recommend them.

Things went well. We prepared the bathroom by removing the toilet, vanity and sink ourselves. We also tore out the molding that lined the wall next to the floor. We purchased the tile and grout and had it ready when Tim and his helper arrived about 9a.m. on a Friday morning. They removed the old tile and set the new tile. The cleaned up their mess nicely. Tim returned on Sunday morning to grout the floor and tub. Tim used the outside faucets to clean his tools. The floor looks great. Tim was finished in about one and a half hours.

Great! Quick estimate. Clean detailed work, beautiful! Professional and neat. When Tim looked at the color grout that I had picked out and purchased. Recommended different color for the tile I was using. He was right and my backsplash is beautiful!

Tim gave me an estimate and start time. We picked out the tile and he ordered it the next day - all communication was via email or phone and prompt. He arrived on the scheduled day and finished as promised. He kept me update on the progress on a daily basis, including if he had concerns about potential roadblocks. He kept the mess to a minimum and my new bathroom looks great!

Tim came promptly to do an estimate for me. My entryway is about 80 square feet and included a closet. It was a two-day job, and looked great! He planned the tile placement perfectly and helped me select a grout color.

We had an excellent experience with Tim Whiteman, the owner of Tile Masters. Tim performed the initial measuring and estimating and installed the tile himself. He was on time for our initial meeting and started on the day he would start. He completed the job within four days, as promised. He was helpful advising us on which tile to use for our bathroom and recommended a reliable local vendor. He kept to the schedule, but took time to do a high quality job.

Contractor came to my house and provided estimate. He brought a portfolio of the work he had completed which was very impressive. He was professional and spent a good deal of time discussing the project. When I was ready to complete the work, he had already started another long job and had several others to follow. I decided to use another contractor rather than wait until he was available.

The job turned out fantastic. Tim had some difficulty because of the age of the house and things not being to square. It took him a week to do. We were fortunate in that a job that Tim was to start on the following week, did not start until later, giving him the latitude to continue working on our job. He got all the tile laid and simply needed to grout when he said he had to start his other job. He told us he would come out after finishing the other job to grout our bathroom. He called us late in the day (6 PM) to say he was not going to come because he had a long day and he could come out the next morning to finish it. My very pregnant wife whose nesting hormones were in overdrive from all of the upheaval could not wait. Tim was very professional and said he would come out and finish the job that night. It signaled a level of professionalism in him that confirmed our faith in him. Tim is the nicest guy you would want to do work on your house, is humble and does great work.

We saw they had quite a bit of good feedback. They came right out when we called them. They were very professional and they did very high quality work.
