No complains -- they did excellent work and my wife and I have had a lot less allergy trouble since they cleaned our ducts.

A.J. arrived within the scheduled 2 hour window. He went to the dryer and checked the vent connection and prepared the dryer for the process. He explained the procedure he was going to perform and informed me about the noises I would hear in the house. He then went outside to the vent cover and performed the work. He left the area as neat and clean as it was when he arrived. He returned inside and explained how the work went, provided tips on things to do the reduce buildup in the vent and improve airflow from the dryer, and provided an estimated time frame to have the procedure repeated. A.J. was courteous and personable, and I was very pleased with his work. The office staff were also very good to work with in getting an estimate and scheduling the work. The 5% Senior Discount was also appreciated.

They were terrific!! Arrived exactly as scheduled, were very respectful of my home and worked incredibly quickly.

As it turned out there wasn’t that much to be cleaned up. They were careful to not use too much chemicals and we didn’t have to vacate the premises. I was pleased with them as they did a nice job.

The service went rather smoothly, considering that they had to work in tandem with Van Sant. The two companies ended up working together because there wasn't enough clearance to attach the hose to the duct without the old heat pump first being removed. Everything went smoothly. They started at around 9:30 and finished around 12. They threw in a free dryer vent cleaning as well. We are enjoying our clean ducts with new heat pump / humidifier system - we are breathing easier!

They cleaned the air ducts and they were reliable.

Overall it went well. There was aome initial confusion over usign the Angies List coupon since this was the first time I had used an Angies List coupon but the company explained to me what to do.

They were prompt and professional. The guy was friendly and considerate about my house. I just had the wood work finished so he took his shoes off and careful in taking things around. He was nice person to deal with. The company was pleasant, friendly, arrived on time, cleaned up quickly and ensured not to bring my house down. I think the price was good, as my wife set it up and she was happy with it. I will use them again in future.

Everything went very well. AJ showed up a few minutes early, explained the process, confirmed the price and then went to work. Everything was done in about 2 hours and he showed me the filter afterwards. I was very pleased and would use them again. I mentioned Angies List when I called and the person I spoke with reduced the initial price from $375 to $350.

The lady that scheduled my appointment was very nice. She explained the pricing structure to me ($375 for the first 10 vents/returns and $15 for each additional). I mentioned the coupon I saw on their website for the free dryer vent cleaning with the purchase of a whole house duct cleaning and she happily honored it. Even on short notice, they were able to accommodate my scheduling request, which during what seems to be the busy season for duct cleaning, was really appreciated. I was not onsite when the technician was scheduled to arrive, but he called when he got to the house, which was within the two hour timeframe I was told. He counted the number of vents/returns and called to tell me the price before he started the work. Once I approved it, he completed the job in less than two hours. I dropped off payment while he was still working and because I couldn't be there when he finished, he called and asked if I would like him to leave the filter so I could see what came out of the vents and I said yes. As promised, he left it in the garage. I am very pleased with the service I received and would use this company again. The pricing is a little bit higher than some other companies, but given that this was the first time the vents had been cleaned in a 54 year old home that had been a rental for the last three decades, it was worth it.

They are on Angie's list. We did ask them to come back to double check one thing, and they were very nice. The owner of the company came out to be sure that we were happy. I will rate them very high. Their price was pretty good. Some of the companies on Angie's list were very pricey. I have no complaints about them. The owner was very thorough. Everything was right about them.

We were not the only one who stayed here and we are the third owners. It never had been done before. It was interesting to see what there was in there. They were nice enough to show, after they were done and opened up the boxes where the stuff collects in on to the filter. They gave us the filtration in the box and it was pretty nasty. They have found out where I can empty coffee creamer container and they found like an empty roll uv like tape. This was the big things that came out and rest of things was just nasty. They were nice enough to do that. That was the biggest time where I just like to talk to people and understand them. They were nice enough to accommodate and they were not snobbish; that meant a lot to me. When I talked to them over the phone, they sound very knowledgeable. We discussed that it could be done cheaper by another company; so what they did was good job. I have done my own looking into to see whom I would use and finding their name on the list. One of the companies I worked with referred them to me. I felt all the way around good about it. There was another person; I picked to do job for me and he recommended me what I already thought about doing it. There was a comfort level in that too. I decided this was kind of company I?m going to go with. I had someone come behind me and I asked who they would recommend. Then they told that company.

They charged $360.00 for the initial service of cleaning 10 air vents, then charged an additional $15.00 per air vent (10 more, so 20 total). They also threw in a free dryer cleaning. The total came to $510.00 which is pricey. Tim was at our house for several hours and had brought a lot of heavy-duty equipment with him. We have had various companies come over the years and this company was extremely responsive. We wanted to make sure the air ducts were cleaned after all the stinkbugs we had this year, but Tim said we didn't have any in the vents. He did say our dryer was pretty clogged and that we should have that serviced every 1-2 years. I give a B because of the pricing (not really any better than any other company, even with the "free" dryer cleaning) and they don't really clean up after cleaning out the vents--there was a bit of debris/dust left on the floors and carpets that he didn't sweep or vacuum up--he could have brought a dustbuster. Other than that I thought it was a good job.

I called one of the other vendors I used for my air conditioning service whose service I was also pleased with to see if they do duct work. I was referred to T&D. I called them immediately and set up an appointment and was fit in within a couple of days. I appreciated the call 30 minutes out from their arrival which was convenient for my work schedule. Chad arrived and very courteously explained the process and began. The dryer vent was unable to be cleaned because it was disconnected at the elbow at the ceiling. I was having a washer and dryer delivered the next day and it was suggested that I see if the delivery guys would fix it and if not T& D would come back out and fix it and finish the job. T&D came out the following Wednesday and fixed everything. Great Service. Will use them again!

They were very efficient to respond and professional.

My condominium had arranged for reduced price with the anticipation that many residents would use the service. A compressed air cable is introduced into the outside vent and the air presure blows all residue to the outside. When equipment was connected, they found a bird's nest in the vent, the removal of which makes the system more efficient. At the dryer end of the vent, the old bends and connections were replaced with no additional charge. Total time was about 30 minutes.

They were the first company I called and had their team in the area that same day. They came out, had a look, explained what they would do and then did it. Very professional and responsive. Recommended the cage so the birds don't come back. Final cost was higher than estimate because of the cage, which was not mentioned as part of the phone quote and scheduling process.

They returned calls very promptly. The estimate was given over the phone, and they charged exactly what the estimate was. They were a very knowledgeable staff, friendly, and clean.

Tech was on time and polite. I just bought the house from an elderly woman who smoked heavily and obviously had a pet. I was not living in the house at the time, just came over to do remodeling and such on the weekends. Unfortunately, I did not pay close enough attention to them while I worked on other things in the house and many vents were not cleaned but I, of course, was charged for them (i.e. I pulled a set of keys out of a vent 2 weeks later that belonged to the previous homeowners as well as Kibbles n Bits in another vent). When it was time to leave I was pressured to buy "special" filters that "they" designed for my furnace. That wasn't appreciated.
