Description of Work: They cleaned out my dryer vent. They also fixed my aluminum flue which was way too long and it was bunching up. Now my clothes dry in the normal time. I really am glad they saw that problem and fixed it.

Description of Work: Cleaned out dryer vent. A relatively new dryer was indicating a venting issue (light that says "check dryer vent" was illuminated). Although we clean out the lint screen in the dryer, still have to clean out the tubing that you can't see. Well worth the price. This is a legit company doing a legit service. They did not try to upsell me anything; they are also a duct cleaning company and although they could have taken the opportunity to cross sell, they were not pushy at all (I like that). Overall: courteous, punctual (arrived early and called me to alert me), quick, polite, helpful and friendly. By the way, I have used them 3x. Had no idea they were here on Angie's List, but since they are that is a reason I had them come back again. Final "tip": have done every couple of years. If you have pets that shed or you do ALOT of laundry, may need more like 1x / year or even more frequently. The latter is me. 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs

Description of Work: Technician arrived on time was very professional and waited his turn to be attended to {was third workman to arrive at nearly same time}. He evaluated situation, gave quote, completed job quickly, and gave detailed work reciept. Honnored their coupon for discount and free dryer duct cleaning for X number of ducts. I had 25 ducts cleaned and they also gave me 2 free bathroom fan vent cleaning for extra ducts. I had this service in responce to allergy onset in family member. I wish I would of considered company that offered video evaluation of duct system before and after service. I feel T&D did their very best to give me high quality service from begining (receptionist) to end (job completion).
