Mike was very responsive and punctual. He quickly returned phone calls and answered all questions satisfactorily. I received several quotes for the work and his quote was both competitive and reasonable. He arrived on time and completed the job as discussed with no issues. He also did the same work in a neighbor's house on the same day and the neighbor was extremely satisfied. I will definitely use Michael Runk Plumbing in the future!

They arrived on time and after a series of tests found that the 1" nipple connecting the pipe to inside of the pump had been leaking for sometime. They had to leave and purchase the proper part to finish the job correctly. They then primed pump and waited long enough to make sure it had sealed properly.

We called Michael Runk Plumbing on Sunday morning, with a broken pipe and a flooded basement. After leaving a message with the answering service, Michael promptly returned the call and indicated that he would make an emergency visit that same day. I initially turned him down when my AHS insurance informed me that they would send their own preferred plumber. Unfortunately that plumber told us that the repair was not covered by AHS and left us with with the broken pipe. I then called Michael Runk back late that day, explained the situation and he gladly worked us into his schedule the next day. After texting Michael photos of the broken pipes, he showed up on time and prepared to complete the job. Though I wasn't there, my wife let me know that he was very professional, courteous and completed the repairs efficiently. In addition, he did a thorough inspection of our system, made some needed adjustments and provided us with an assessment on how we could improve the system. In past experiences, I would have considered this a sales pitch, but Michael presented this as a professional FYI, adding "if it's not broken, don't fix it." Bottom line, Michael Runk provided responsive, professional, successful and reasonably priced service. We feel fortunate to have reached the right person for the job and will not hesitate to use his service in the future.

I called Michael on a holiday (Monday) because I found a very corroded pipe I was worried would burst. Michael has an answering service with whom I left a message. He called me back that afternoon and said he could be there Wednesday (since I didn't think it was an emergency). He showed up right on time Wednesday and was dressed professionally. I showed him the suspect pipe and he described the corrosive water conditions for the area we live in. He grabbed his tools from the truck and got to work. He finished in about 45 minutes, kept the work area clean, and tested everything before being satisfied it was okay to leave. Michael was polite and friendly, even sharing stories from his semi-professional pool career (good luck in Vegas Michael)!

They were excellent. I was nervous because I thought they were going to have to tear up my whole yard, but they had a special machine for the job. You wouldn't even have known the next day that anyone was there. They may have been a little more pricey than some, but the quality of work was still good.

Responsiveness and the quality of the work performed was outstanding. After our disposal loosened itself from our sink in the evening, a plumber was fixing it first thing in the morning.

Called Michael Runk Plumbing on Thursday evening just to leave a message on non-urgent basis to schedule an appointment. Answering service picked up and took my message. Within 30 minutes Michael Runk called and scheduled a following Monday PM appointment. This was all despite my declaring it was not an emergency. Mr. Runk showed up about 2 PM on Monday, scoped the jobs and completed the work in about 90 minutes. He was very professional and took great care to clean up. I was very impressed.

He returned my call right away and was able to schedule me when he said and was prompt and very professional. He did a great job. I would hire him again and recommend him.
