Description of Work: Very professional and courteous service. Prompt scheduling and arrived on time. Access cap was buried and not easily locatable. Technician waited for husband to get home and locate cap with no request or additional time payment. Service prompt and thorough. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Very smooth. I dug out the manhole cover and left a check on the door. They came, they cleaned, they took the check. No problems what so ever. Oh, they gave me advice as to where the manhole would be located.

Description of Work: I was charged $250 saying my septic needed to be replaced at a cost of 10k. We needed an inspection to sell our house and Fogels failed it, we got Freedom Septic for second opinion and they passed it. The new homeowners had a third party come in and the new septic company passed! It seems to me that the inspector makes commission and will do anything to pressure sellers into undo costs! Don't trust them at all!

Description of Work: The tech arrived on the appointment date (specific times are not available. He pump the septic tank and provided feedback on the state of the tank. He also gave suggestions for maintaining the integrity of the tank. |I do think the price was high. They seem to have one fee regardless of the work needed. My tank has been in use four years, half of the time the house had one occupant. From what I can tell the same rate is charged for homes with higher occupancy.
