We called Fogles to chlorinate our well. They arrived on time and put the chlorine tablets in the well and provided instructions for chlorinating all the water lines in the house. They left some tablets for us to test the water to confirm elimination of chlorine from the water lines. We called them after the chlorine was out of the water lines for collection of the water sample for testing. They collected the sample and provided us the results of the test. Everything went well during the entire process.

Used them in the past and was delighted to see them on Angie's list--The reviews were great. Everything went as scheduled-professionally and prompt. I will continue to use them in the future.

Very nice employees, easy to work with. They were on time and finished the work in a timely manner.When I told them I found them on Angie's list, they give me another fifteen dollars off the bill.

Our septic system was backed up, and we only had a guess about where the septic tank even was. Fogle's sent someone to locate the tank. Then, another crew came and found that our old orangeburg waste line was crushed underground, so they dug up the ~40 pipe and replaced it with PVC. No problems since. For convenience, they also installed a permanent access hatch above the septic tank.

Everything went as planned. Driver was professional and efficient.

Best service and professionalism i have ever dealt with when it comes to plumbing. I buy and flip homes and i will use them for everyone i need help with. Kim in the front office was very knowledgeable and made sure the company delivered on everything she said.

It was a great experience with Fogles. I see why they are highly trusted in the area. The technician that came out was ontime and gave us valuable advice in managing our septic system for the long haul. He was careful in making sure I understood the type of tank, size, and the layout of the system in the yard. When doing research I found their inspection cost in the middle of the road, but chose them because they were recommended by other friends.

It went very well. They came on a Sunday night to pump out my tank, which was overflowing. Price reasonable consider it was an emergency and on a Sunday night. Only slight glitch was that they wanted cash, but serviceman accepted a check for the company and for his part. They returned and reamed out the pipe from the septic tank to the _____ (? -- where the water goes, can't remember the name). They only had to dig a small hole and filled it in very well. I am very pleased with their service.

The guy who showed up was very friendly and came on time. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He noticed that my septic tank wasn't pumping well and so he back flushed it twice to loosen things up. He took a lot of extra time to do this. He said that the condition of my tank was likely from a less than thorough job of pumping on previous occasions. He suggested things I could do to improve the situation. He was very knowledgable and helpful

I called Fogle's after hours when water was backflowing into our basement. The lady answering was very helpful and friendly. The driver called to inform us that he was on his way. I have a tight driveway for a truck so I appreciated that he was very careful not to pull on my grass. Thumbs up for professionlism. He analyzed the situation and diligently went right to work. Excellently done! The only curveball was that I needed my drywell pumped too, It was an additional $310.00.. To be fair, that's probably a decent price but I was shocked by it and gave them a and quot;Band quot; for price...perhaps unfairly. I posted the prices so you could judge that part for yourselves. Overall Job Well Done!! = and quot;Aand quot;

We bought this house in December, 2010 and move here in March, 2011. When we had the house inspected before purchasing, the inspector told us that the septic needed pumped but that's about all we knew about septic systems. We called Fogles because they were also the company we used to have our well water tested before we purchased the home. The guy was nice, quick, and professional. He also explained to my wife that our septic has a manhole that's buried, and we should have the tank pumped through the manhole the next time because they can do a much more thorough cleaning. He also suggested that we should have an extension put on the manhole so it's accessible without digging. He drew a picture and everything...it was really nice of him to take the time to explain this to my wife. He drove the truck through the yard but didn't make a mess at all. Of course, it was dry and the ground was hard which helped a lot. We were told that he got about 65% of the tank which is good for not using the manhole. He also said that we should be ok for the next 2 years based on the number of people in our house. When it comes to work like this, you're really just looking for someone who can be prompt, courteous, and quick. They performed as expected which makes me more likely to call them for other services, like for issues with my well.

After having to pump our septic system out 3 times in less than 2 years, we knew there was something major wrong with the system in our yard. We called Fogles after getting the name off of Angies List. They came the very next day to assess the work needed. We received the written estimate the same day via email. We returned it the same day. Work began the very day we asked for (2 days later). Based on our description of the problem we were having and what 2 different companies told us was the problem, Fogles gave us an estimate for replacing the 34 year old drain pipes from the house to the tank plus to the distribution box and drain fields. When the 2 men arrived to do the work they immediately did their own assessment and was able to start in a different area and work backward. This allowed for a better assessment and resulted in less work needed and less cost for us. They explained every step and why. What a relief to only pay half the cost of what their original estimate was because they just did not take the other peoples words for it. The 2 men were friendly, knowledgeable and quick.

Cost me a pretty penny, but hey, it's emergency service. My plumber was working on the septic line when he found that the tank was totally full and needed to be pumped ASAP and he couldn't continue working without the cleanout. Thing is, I used their service 1 year ago to clean the septic, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. There was 3 feet of rock hard sludge floating at the top. No way my family of 3 could have produced that much in 1 year. Which means one of three things: 1. they didn't clean it last time and they said they did 2. they pumped the drywell instead of the tank 3. they tried to clean it last time but failed miserably The worker claimed that since the manhole was covered with dirt, he couldn't properly clean it last time because he used the smaller access hole. He should have excavated it last year and cleaned it properly. This time he cleaned it properly because my plumber had already removed the dirt above the manhole. The company also said they didn't have record of us using them last time, even though their worker claimed that he was the one that pumped it last year. Fishy.

The technican was professional and very knowledgeable. He recommended that we do another cleaning in 2-3 years and at that time he will be able to pump the system clean from the clean out pipe. We were very satisfied, thanks Angie's List!

Their service was about average. I called the twenty four hour hotline and spoke with a man named Ricky. He scheduled the appointment for the following day, because we did not was the filter to stop up again and flood the basement. They never showed up for the service. I called the hotline again and got a hold of a woman she said that she would take care of Ricky and scheduled the appointment again. When they came out they were very nice. They were going to replace the septic filter and my neighbor came over while my wife was out with them and said that they only needed to clean the filter off not replace it. So they cleaned it off and left the new filter for me. They also installed the soft water system and the well in our home. It is still leaking after three and a half years. I have taken pictures and sent them to the office. They have planned to come back out and look everything over again.

I have used Fogles for pumping out my septic tank about three times. They were recommended by the realtor who found me my house. They do a fine job. They come when they say they will and never leave a mess.

They really do a good job. They make sure they get everything. There is a small turnaround time and they're very good when you have major septic issues.
