Tim and crew arrived during allotted time slot and turned on irrigation system and checked every sprinkler system.

On time, finished quickly (~45 min for 8 zone system; i was asking a lot of questions), was friendly and answered all of my questions politely and completely.

You couldn't ask for a better contractor. After meeting Tim you will recognize that he is clearly a seasoned expert in irrigation systems. He and his team are top notch professionals and get the work done efficiently and effectively. Our previous system was about 15 years old and had not been used in 3 or 4 years. The previous owners of the home had apparently stopped using the old system because it was costing so much in water bills. Tim surveyed the situation and proposed a much more efficient system combining both soaking hoses and sprinkler heads instead of just using sprinkler heads. The new system has resulted in much less water usage while still providing just as much hydration needed for the lawn and flower beds. His proposal was clear and easy to understand. He removed the old system and a fountain we did not use and built the new system in about 8 hours. The new system works perfectly. This has saved us significantly on water costs. We are very happy with the work he and his team did and highly recommend his services. Overall Rating: Excellent.

We have had a problem with water pooling by our lower level back door -- and sometimes getting into the laundry room -- during heavy rains. Tim came out at the scheduled time to give an estimate. He also performed the work (with an assistant) at the scheduled time. The work was performed in a very professional and timely manner, and the entire experience was very positive from our point of view. After the first rain following the installation, there was still some minor water pooling. Tim came out and did some additional grading that took care of the problem. He obviously takes pride in his work.

Loved this company. Had many email conversations with them and they always responded to all of our questions and concerns. They waited patiently while we obtained HOA approval. Once the approval was obtained, they came out immediately to install our sprinkler. We had some adjustments that needed to be made immediately. I highly recommend them. We are now part of the Maple family and will continue to obtain service.

Maple Irrigation's owner Tim Whitley is knowledgeable, prompt, kind and responsive. We had a drainage issue in our backyard, and talked to two other companies before Maple. One company said there was nothing we could do short of ripping out our entire patio and raising the level of the entire yard 8-12 inches. Another offered a solution that may or may not help and was very costly. Tim showed up for the estimate on time, took the time to listen to our problem and review the property, then suggested a solution that he thought would work while explaining it thoroughly and asking if we had additional questions. He sent a proposal a few days later that was much lower than we had expected. Weeks later he came out and completed the project. Not only was it pouring rain that day, but it was very hard manual labor and it was just himself and one other worker doing the entire job. They spent 5 hours on the project but he still made sure to show me what they were doing at different stages so that I understood what he was installing and how it all worked. Once they were finished, he let me know they were done, but never even mentioned the remainder of the payment that I owed. He said to call if I had any problems and he'd come right back to fix it. The solution has worked beautifully and our yard is dry and mosquito free. And just this morning, his office contacted me to ask how it's working out with all the rain that we've had lately. I was really pleased with this service, start to finish, and felt like they actually cared about the job and their customers and not just the money. Thank you Tim and Maple Irrigation! Maple Irrigation did a great job overall. Specifically, Tim is one of the last believers in true customer service -- he was great to work with. Also, despite our landscaping having just been completed they did a great job in leaving the site in substantially the same shape as they found it. All around great and I will definitely be using them for maintenance in the future.

I can't say enough about Maple Irrigation, they are truly what you expect from a company regarding customer service and you don't feel like they are taking advantage of you. Tim and Kathy are great!!

Very professional - We knew a couple of nozzles were broken and needed to be replaced. They inspected the whole system. Came back with an estimate for the extra costs, showed us where the problem was and asked us if we wanted the work to be performed. They had all the material needed in the truck. Did the job on the spot in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend them.

They're very good. I've been using them for about two years. They're a little less expensive than the company I was using before. They're friendly and professional people.

The guy got the job done. When he turned on the sprinkler, he actually found out more problems than what he anticipated. I would highly recommend them. He was right, belong with everybody else and he was actually able to come earlier. He keeps his appointment on time and he was very professional. He conducts himself and he bought a worker with him.

I love these guys and they do great work! I really enjoy working with Tim, the owner. They are very efficient during their appointments and they do the best work I have ever had done, which says a lot.

The repairs were made and the system is function it well. The downside is that Tim and Crew cut my cable TV line while digging with a shovel in our backyard. When I contacted Tim to let him know that he had cut a cable all I got from him was that he "didn't know what to tell me". No apology. Nothing but a bunch of attitude as if I was disturbing him. maple seems as if they have so much business now that they forgot what got them to where they are. They were also an hour late for this appointment despite it being scheduled a month in advance. They didn't care enough to call us and let us know. We had to call them....

I used Maple Irrigation last year as a one-time service to perform our system winterization as our former sprinkler contractor was horrible at keeping appointments and returning customer inquiries. Tim came out and took care of our system with no questions asked. Fast-forward to this spring, I completely forgot to notify Maple Irrigation of my intention to use them for our spring turn-up service. I called and spoke with Kathy, who has been truly wonderful about answering questions and getting us scheduled promptly. Even though Kathy said their schedule was fairly-well booked out, she agreed to fit us in where possible. No less than a day later, Kathy emailed with a date/time the following week. Wonderful, punctual email communication with this firm. TIm and his worker showed up early, answered questions, identified issues, and corrected everything. He is a joy to work with, and it was a no-brainer to sign a maintenance contract with them. We highly recommend Tim and his company.

Tim came himself with a technician and was extremely friendly and professional. This is my first home with a sprinkler system and he was patient in answering all my questions. He brought a machine to blow out all the water from my sprinkler heads. I asked him how to turn off my outdoor faucets for the winter and he helpfully went through my basement to find the shut-off valve (which we could not locate). I signed a contract with them and will use them in the future.

He was really good and trustworthy. He was very responsive to emails that I sent him asking couple of questions. He charged $75, which is about half of what anybody else was trying to charge me and they did twice the work. He was timely, accurate, and he followed up with an e-mail.

Tim and his crew were on time, courteous, professional and efficient in performing this service for us. We had signed a service contact with him in June that included this appointment. We had several broken sprinkler heads and issues with watering patterns at that time and he thoroughly explained what needed to be done without trying sell us more. We hired him for the job and also wanted to continue doing business with him so we purchased a service contract and are glad we did.

I called Maple Irrigation to perform my lawn irrigation system winterization because the previous company I used was not responsive to me at all. I called and got straight through to Kathy, their office manager. She told me that winterization appointments were pretty much booked until December, but that the owner happened to be in my neighborhood at the time I called. She called him, and he was able to fit me in less than 2 hours after I called. Tim was very friendly, and explained things about my irrigation system that I was not aware of. I was happy to agree to his annual service plan, which includes the winterization, spring turn on, and mid summer check-up. This includes more services than I received with my previous company, and at a lower cost. While I was very appreciative that Tim was able to come with such short notice, he was even more appreciative that I called him. I will definitely continue to use his company to maintain my irrigation system.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and found the problem quickly. It took about an hour to dig down to the old valve, remove it and replace it with the new one. After they finished you could hardly tell where they had to dig.

We started using this company when they fixed a major drainage problem we had in the back yard, and their service is outstanding. We could not ask for more. On April 5, they turned on our irrigation system and made sure we had complete coverage, which we did not have due to several intervening events. They fixed everything and their price was extremely reasonable. We intend to keep using them.

It was very good. I’ve been using this company for 2 years and will continue to use them. They show up when they say they’re going to show up and they answer their phone. They’re very courteous.
