Great workmanship, fair price and after two heavy rains the systems installed are working great to drain standing water away from my back and side yards! Seeding of dug out area grew in nicely as you can't tell any pipes were installed for over 100 feet. Would definitely hire again!

Tim was great to work with. Melody coordinated appointments and kept in touch and it is just a great company to do business with. I retired abd relocated but would absolutely use them again.

We have really enjoyed working with Maple Irrigation for our irrigation needs over the past 6 years. They installed a new system and the yard was very clean afterward. The workers took the time to ensure the lawn looked untouched. Their maintenance service is great too. They are punctual and take the time to update us on the status of all the sprayers and the health of our system. I can't recommend them enough.

Tim (Owner) and Herman (Lead Forman) surveyed our property and shortly thereafter provided us a detailed estimate for the requested work which was as much as $2000.00 less than other estimates we received from competitors. They scheduled the work at our convenience, arrived on time and completed the project in record time. They installed the water connection one day and installed all the water lines, assorted types of sprinklers and drip lines on the next day. The job required a lot of hand digging of trenches (often through areas with tree roots or rocks and gravel) and tunneling under a brick walkway. Their team of five or six guys worked diligently and made quick work of the task. All of the materials used were top grade (sprinklers, pipes, valves, electronic controls, etc.--no off brand products were used). After completing the installation, all the trench lines were covered and leveled and reseeded. I was concerned about how long it would take for our lawn to recover but the seed they used was amazing; new grass was 3 inches tall within a week. Tim explained how to manage the system (change watering times and duration, etc.) as well as how to manage and monitor the entire system from a smart phone. In addition, our installation included the first year of maintenance at no extra cost (though we plan to have Maple Irrigation continue to service our system indefinitely). Finally, Tim made clear he would happily make any adjustments any time we wanted to call him. Before leaving, their crew completely cleaned up all the work areas and left our property in excellent condition. After a couple of days of use, we had Tim come out and adjust the angle and range of a couple of sprinkler heads and we could not be happier with the finished job. In sum, we am very happy we chose Maple Irrigation to install our system. Tim, Herman and their whole team were personable and professional throughout and seemed to welcome my many questions and constant oversight. I usually observe all contractor work at my home but many contractors seem to chaff at my interest (intrusion?); this was not a problem with Maple Irrigation. While here, my wife approached Tim about replacing a cable 30 plus feet in the air stretching between two large trees and supporting several bird feeders. While not normally in their wheelhouse, Tim sent three of his guys out a few days later to do the job for a very modest price. This is real customer service! Finally my thanks to Maple's office staff who worked with me to schedule the work to fit our busy schedules and the changing weather conditions--Melody was very cordial and helpful. If you are looking for an irrigation system or drain work call Tim--he is amazing.

Maple Irrigation has been an excellent "find" for us. They show up when they say they will, they know their stuff and handle things professionally, and their prices are fair and reasonable. What more can you ask of a service company? Oh, one more thing, the owner, Tim, is a very nice guy who makes it clear that he's taking responsibility for their work.

Just a WONDERFUL experience. Maple Irrigation was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process, and then took the time to walk me through different options - options that both greatly improved the coverage in our yard AND saved us money. Perfect Transaction and Customer Service! I had Maple Irrigation install a 5-zone irrigation system in my front and back yards in March 2021. I could not be happier with their work. The company owner, Tim, was present for the estimate and was personally present all day during the actual install (having a company owner/president on site is a rarity these days and the main reason I selected Maple). The install was done to a high standard with great attention to detail. I'm also stoked to be able to control the sprinklers from my IPhone.

Is there a way to give a rating higher than an A?! We contacted Maple Irrigation to come look at the very wet backyard of our new house. Previous owners had just not used the yard much because of how wet and muddy it got. Tim and his team came out immediately and in less than a few hours installed multiple french drains. When they left, you could hardly tell anyone had even been there. And IMMEDIATELY the lawn started to dry up. The mud went away and the grass came back. Last week we started to notice a section getting muddy again. They came out the very next day to check on it and adjust part of the french drain to improve the drainage even more. I'm beyond impressed with their commitment to customer service and quality work. Highly recommend!! Don't miss out on enjoying your backyard all the time. Put in a french drain and stay outside and have fun!!!

After getting several quotes, Maple Irrigation provided the most competitive price for a new sprinkler installation. I booked during a very busy time for the company, so it took a couple of months before Tim (Owner) and his team were able to get us scheduled, but EVERYTHING was ON-TIME and AS PROMISED from start to finish. His team was professional, courteous, and went out of their way to minimize any inconvenience to our family. Tim was on-site both days assisting and providing quality control, so that was definitely good to see. After everything was complete, he provided me with a thorough overview of our new system and provided me with lots of advice on how to make the most of the system. I'm always impressed when I experience excellent customer service, and I was thoroughly impressed with Maple Irrigation!

Overall they were great! Everything done in one day.... easy to make payments through their system. No problems with the drain pipe installation outside (required also a pop up to release extra water to the curb).

The job went exactly as planned on the day it was scheduled. The system works well.

On time as promised even came back when they discovered one area didn't have enough pressure and through in a free rain sensor. They were very reasonably priced for what we got. Would recommend to anyone looking for sprinklers. The price we paid also included one year of service for winterizing.

Our sprinkler system worked well from 1988 (when we bought the house) to around 2012, when my old sprinkler company retired and I started with Maple. The grounds didn’t change, but what did was, we started seeing dry or brown areas more and more frequently. Sprinkler heads needed to be replaced in only a few months. We lost the entire front lawn in last year’s drought. A few days ago, I called asking for service and was told I could not be scheduled until next week. (I got an appointment with another company yesterday.) Last year I received an estimate from Tim for about $9000 to improve the sprinkler coverage. Given that the grounds haven’t changed much since we bought the house, I thought it was a bit steep, and I still do.

Very well. The ground surrounding my home was filled with huge clay rocks. Temperature in the 90's but the men forged ahead to complete the difficult job. They arrived promptly and finished on schedule despite the unforeseen amount of hard clay mounds. Tim and his crew kept me informed and provided necessary detailed training to properly command my new irrigation system. They assisted in every way to ensure my satisfaction. Very polite, cheerful and work oriented. Everything was put back in its place, even carefully removed flowers. Definitely a sense of pride in their team effort!

Tim Whitley and his crew at Maple Irrigation were wonderful to work with as we solved massive drainage and erosion issues in our backyard! We are very pleased with the work Maple Irrigation did for us. The new lighting system is beautiful and adds much to the exterior of our home including enhanced walkway and landscape lighting. Tim and his crew were very efficient and careful in working around our irrigation system and our buried fiber cable, which Tim located himself. The install of timer, outlet and wiring were all quick and clean. Tim's office manager Melody was extremely efficient and responsive. . We have been extremely pleased with the work that Tim and Herman have done over the past few years. Starting with a whole yard, multi-zoned sprinkler system in 2019, and coming back over the course of the following year due to our continued changes to our landscaping layouts and a new porch. Earlier this year, they also installed a large drainage system that ran the length of our property, and came back several times to confirm that it was draining as expected and to make final adjustments. Tim and team were great. Installation was performed perfectly and system was delivered as desired. The company is also super responsive when it comes to answering questions, implementing subsequent changes to the system and fixing issues that I create through my careless digging.
