Extremely well! Tim and the rest of the Maple Irrigation team did an outstanding job installing the irrigation system in our new home. Communication and responsiveness is key when working with contractors on projects like these and Tim absolutely excels in this area. Maple Irrigation's prices are very reasonable, especially since Tim uses the highest quality materials. Tie in was done earlier in the week so that the actual installation could be completed in one day. The project was well planned and well staffed and everything went very smoothly. We will absolutely continue to use Tim and Maple Irrigation for our system maintenance and will continue to recommend him as THE GUY to go to for anything irrigation. Regarding pricing: At the end of the installation as Tim was explaining what materials he used where and how the app worked so we could control things on our computer/ipad, he told me that he'd be issuing us a refund as the system actually worked out to need one less zone that originally estimated. Who does that? Tim and his entire team truly do give the best customer service - always striving to do what is best for the client. He even came back out to change out the type of water delivery in the foundation plantings after the builder came back and installed more plants. One more thing: a couple of my neighbors used other companies, and the care with which they installed the system really made me appreciate Tim and his team even more (how deep they dug, HOW they dug, how quickly (NOT) they installed the system). After digging, laying the pipe, putting the sod back, testing the system, etc., my lawn looked the same way it did when they arrived that morning. My neighbors have a maze of dead grass in their yard because there were only two men doing the work and it took them 5 days. Luckily my neighbors on the other side have told me they have Maple Irrigation coming out to install their system, so at least their yard will look as good as ours does!

Maple Irrigation was awesome. I had to cancel a few times and they were very accomodating. The sprinkler system works great. They were so good, I had them put in my landscape lights which are perfectly located. This company is very responsive, communicate well and their prices are very reasonable. If I could get them to do anything else on my house, I would in a heartbeat. They truly go the extra mile.

Arrived as scheduled. Not only repaired the underground sprinkler line, but checked the entire system to ensure it was working properly after the fix. Discovered and repaired another issue I had not detected. Thorough work and observant worker probably saved me time and frustration. I know what caused the other damage to the sprinkler line, so I know they found an issue that went undetected by me before.

Maple Irrigation is by far the best company and I researched several in the area. Very responsive and they gave a fair price. I'm going to have them come back and do more lighting in our back yard as well. I highly recommend them!

I have a fairly large lawn with over 20 zones. I've had my irrigation system for about 10 years but there are several areas of my yard that always would be brown in the heat of summer. I asked my existing irrigation company (I won't name them but I know they are one of the largest in the area) to trouble shoot this and even though they came out several times, they never resolved the issue. Maple Irrigation solved the issue beautifully by not only adjusting the heads, etc but installing a booster so my irrigation/water is distributed to all areas. This was about 2 years ago and my lawn doesn't have any brown patches anymore. I highly recommend them!

We needed a french drain installed that ran the entirety of our property length between us and our neighbor's house. Tim came out ahead of time and provided a very reasonable estimate, explained how the install process would work, what it would look like, and how long it would take. He showed up early with his crew on install day, and worked all day installing the drainage system. At my request he modified some elements the day of (tying in down spouts), and even went to get a couple thousand pounds of riverbed rock at my request too. Extremely professional. Followed up with on-site visits multiple times after install to ensure functionality. Would hire again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone who wants quality work at a reasonable price.

Maple did a GREAT job on my sprinkler system. For the quote, I explained what I wanted done and they came up with a great design that was within my budget. On the day of the install, they came out on time with a large crew, and they had my job done the same day. Gave me a thorough breakthrough of the system and controller (Rachio), and everything worked perfectly. I've recommended this company to several people so far and would definitely hire them again!

Called Maple Irrigation for a fairly extensive repair project, left specific voice message with name and number but never received a return call. They may have high marks with Angieslist but not returning calls is unprofessional and discourteous no matter how busy the company. No excuse.

Maple irrigation provided an important services at an affordable price. They came in the Fall to shut down and empty the water out of my underground garden irrigation system so the system would not freeze and crack in the wintertime, then returned in the spring to reconnect the water, check and repair the system, and start the watering up again. They were always nice and helpful, flexible and cooperative. Great to work with. Very reasonably priced.

We wanted to have our sprinkler system changed to a drip system in the garden and we wanted several "sprinkler heads" moved or repositioned. Calls for service were promptly answered or returned quickly. Workers came on time and work was completed with minimal impact to existing lawn and garden. They also come out every year to winterize our system. I would highly recommend.

They assessed the issues, fixed problems with existing equipment and told me I didn't need to replace a major component of the sprinkler system. Changed my annual maintenance contract to them. Highly recommend them. Love doing business with a Veteran-owned business!

Great! We picked Maple Irrigation to install our system about five years ago because we liked that we were dealing directly with Tim- the owner of the company. Over the years the system has been great, but we had a stuck valve this year. Their service was great, and Tim came out to oversee the repair. Highly recommend.

The very same day I contacted Maple Irrigation, I received a call back from Tim Whitley. In a matter of 3 minutes our appointment was scheduled and Tim understood our needs/concerns. Two days later we received our confirmation of the appointment w/ time frame. The day of the appointment, we received a call from Tim letting us know he was running ahead of schedule and would this be okay. Tim and his crew arrived on time and inspected our system from top to bottom. He pointed out that our system wasn't shut down properly the season before so we won't be using that company. He also reassured us that our system is a good system and that we're good to go for the season. From start to finish Maple Irrigation LLC provided Excellent Service in a Professional Manor. Communication, quality service, reasonable rates and trustworthy. We plan to use Maple Irrigation for all our irrigation needs and possibly landscape lighting in the future. I'm a firm believer in hard work pays off and thanks to companies like Angie's List customers can leave feedback on their experience. My wife and I can say without question Maple Irrigation LLC provided us with the best service in every aspect. We didn't experience ANY of the negative comments that were left by another customer. Crew tore up my yard, owner yelled at me, and they left Overall, I gave Maple a $1,600 deposit and in exchange, they tore up my yard, the owner yelled at me, said the work would cost $1,500 more than estimated, called me a criminal multiple times, tried to provoke an actual fight, and left without doing any of the work promised. And I lost 2.5 weeks where I could have been getting an honest company to do the work. They did at least refund my $1,600 deposit. Details: About a year ago, I got quotes from several companies to install a sprinkler system for either part or all of our yard. We chose to wait on the work. About a year later, we decided to try again and contacted the companies for updated estimates. Maple's updated estimate did not say whether it was for all or only part of the yard. So, I wrote them saying “I have lost track of how much of our yard this will cover. Could you confirm if this will cover both sides of our front yard (divided by driveway) and our back yard?.... I'd like to confirm what the system would cover before signing the proposal. I'd like the system to cover the entire property.” Maple's office manager wrote me back “I just spoke with Tim [Maple's owner] and the estimate is for your entire property.” Based on that, I sent in the required 50% deposit ($1,600) and waited for the earliest available appointment that was 17 days later. On the scheduled morning, my wife heard something and looked outside to see the crew had arrived and without letting us know they were there, they started cutting big holes in our yard and taking big chunks of grass out of our yard. My wife went out. Tim, Maple's owner, said that he thought we had a smaller yard, that his estimate was only for part of our yard, and that to do the whole yard, it would be an additional $1,500 beyond the estimate he had given us ($4,700 total). I found the email from Maple's office that had said the estimate was for the "entire property" and went to talk to Tim. He immediately started yelling at me, told me I was a criminal trying to pull something, and said that he didn't care what the office said about the estimate being for the whole yard, that his office didn't know anything about sprinklers. I asked him why he was yelling at me. He continued to yell. He yelled that there was no company that would install a sprinkler system for our whole yard for the price he quoted us. In fact, I had estimates from other companies to do so for within $150 of his estimate (not $1,500 more like he said he would charge). I told him that his crew had dug up our recently planted grass that probably wouldn't grow back [this summer]. He continued to yell at me and I lost my temper and started yelling at him. Tim got in my face and continued to yell at me. I told him he was doing a bait-and-switch, it was illegal, and he needed to get off my property. He went onto the edge of my driveway and continued to yell at me. I told him he needed to shut up. He told me "Why don't you come out here and make me?!" I threatened to call the police. They left. I can't imagine that Maple works like this all the time. But I would recommend not taking the chance. You want to do business with a company that if they make a mistake, works to make up for it--not one whose owner yells at you, calls you a criminal, tries to provoke a fight, and leaves without doing any of the work they said they would.

It is hard to believe I am excited about my lawn-sprinkler company, and yet I swear I am. We called Maple Irrigation when we moved into our house 5 years ago and saw that our sprinkler system was old and neglected. Tim and the crew showed up right on time, diagnosed our problems, and got the system working. We signed on for yearly maintenance and have never looked back. Every spring and every fall, like clockwork, I receive emails scheduling my turn-on and turn-off dates and information on how to pay. Tim has literally never missed an appointment in 5 years. When the company had to reschedule this year because they anticipated a freak March snowstorm, they did so with 10 days' advance notice. They've handled our occasional repair and tune-up needs with no issues at all. I've come to welcome their emails as a reliable sign of the changing seasons. That is as good as it gets for this sort of business, I think.

Inspected sprinkler and found broken pipes. Suspected damaged was one by Verizon only to find out that the material used was of low quality. Damaged pipes were replaced and tested. Staff were good.

Great work! Was very flexible when we had to reshedule.

Great we will be adding on work for the spring.
