Great communication, explained the pricing of the job and then got us scheduled. Showed up early and was in and out. Great communication throughout the process.

I needed to have my carpet stretched that was installed when I moved in my house, this was my first experience of having my carpet streched. Called Jon he was so nice explaining over the phone what he needed to do, so we scheduled an appt. When he did all the measuring we went over everything and the estimate was reasonable so decided to have it done. On the day of the appt. Jon and his partner arrived on time. I had cable wire that was stapled to the carpet around the doorways I was so impressed how they managed to get around it without removing it. Overall they were professional and motivated did a great job. I was really happy how my carpet looked like new when they finished. Thanks again Jon!!!

It went very well. The carpet looks great and it looks like a very professional install.

Quick and efficient.

They first reattached the underlying wooden strips at the places where the carpet appeared detached, then they secured the carpet onto those strips and tucked it under the baseboard. It looked like new. After moving some furniture, they started cleaning the carpet using a machine with either steam or hot water. They worked backwards, so not to step on the already cleaned area. The whole result made the floor look like new.

Great job. Our sun room is a large 22" X 40" has nice thick carpet which is 12 years old and is exposed to heat in the summer and cold in the winter. It is more of a party room and we turn on the heater of a/c only when we have parties. The extreme change in weather has resulted in the carpet being buckled.. Jon from Baltimore carpet repair has a neat carpet stretching tools that he skillfully used to stretch our carpet. Jon had to move the carpet around to get the job done. I am sure we will get another 12 years use from the carpet. No more buckling.

Couldn't have gone better. ...rapid response to inquiry, rapid follow-up with onsite estimate, excellent no-hassle price, quick on-the-the-spot repair (by the boss himself, because he was in the area for another job, and my problem was not complicated or time-consuming to repair. He does lots of other home maintenance types of work (carpet cleaning, interior/exterior painting, general house cleaning, etc) most of which which I will probably call him about in the future.

Very professional and motivated. John fixed the ripples in my carpet and made it look new again. He went above and beyond to take care of my problem. Qualities like that are hard to find in a contractor. Thank you again John.

I had my entire second floor re-carpeted about 18 months ago...not long after i started to ripple, which only got worse. Joh came out to look at the work and give me an estimate, which i felt was reasonable. He was very professional and friendly the finish work looks great, my only hope is that it stay that way. He work does come with a "lifetime warranty" if it does ripple again they will repair it for free.

The initial consultation went well. we determined my carpet needs and made the necessary selections. The team arrived on time on the date of installation. Lucky for them the house was empty;therefore, there was no need to move around furniture to get the job done. It was determined on the day of installation that the estimate for carpet needs was not accurate and that the team would need to return to complete the job. It took several weeks to reschedule but it finally happened. My major complaint relates to the level of disarray the team left my home ---- They did not clean any of the carpet shavings so I had to vacuum it up myself. In addition, every closet door removed to install the carpet was not returned to its original position. I am pleased with the final outcome of the carpet selected and the final installed product. Just not the process to get there.
