Baltimore Carpet Repair did an awesome job cleaning several carpeted rooms at my late mother's condo in preparation for its sale. The carpet is 15 years old but once Daniel and his assistant were finished, it looked brand new! BCR was professional and responsive throughout the entire transaction - from first contact to last. Daniel's expertise was obvious. Very reasonably priced, too. I highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs.

So impressed, I hired them to complete a full flooring restoration project (carpet and vinyl flooring) at my mother's home. When you can trust a company with your 'MOM', what more needs to be said. I had my floors redone by Baltimore Carpet about 5 months ago and I can say that I am still as satisfied today with the work as when it was first done. I foster tons of young kittens who often make disgusting messes, and Jon helped me pick out the best flooring for my needs. I originally got a quote from Home Depot and the experience was so much different. BCR actually comes to your home (with samples) for a consultation and measurement, they ask about your needs and wants and help figure out what flooring is best for YOUR needs. There was no pressure, no questionable up-charges, or surprises. Home Depot’s estimate was more than double the price and you sit at a desk at the store. AND I would have had to haul away my own carpet, which is just absurd for how much you’re paying them. It’s just as easy to clean as was explained and it’s very durable. I couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience and I get a ton on compliments on the floor. This is an honest company and I will hire them again for my next flooring expedition.

It went very well. Customer service was excellent! Julie and Nejla were very responsive and always available to discuss my needs or answer questions. Will, the technician, was punctual and expeditious.

Confirmed as they said they would. Told me they would be there anywhere from 8-11 came around 10:30. I reviewed their work and went back several times after they said they were finished before it was finished. The seam to put 2 different carpets together as one was stretched cost extra. I am happy with the finished product. I would hire them again.

Baltimore Carpet Repair's work was detailed, flawless, and seamless! You could not tell that any work was done! They really saved us from potentially having to replace the entire carpeted area or having to pay the purchaser money to fix the flooring!

Went very well. I removed all items from the top of furniture prior to the workday. I also completely emptied one room. For the other rooms, the company charged a modest additional fee ($45) to move around furniture such as beds and chests while performing the work. The company gave me an instant quote over the phone after I provided room dimensions. They base the cost of carpet stretching services on the square footage of carpet.

For the painting they were supposed to be finished before we moved in and they didn't, it was not completed. They had to come back like the following week after we'd moved in to finish. The painting was pretty terrible. I had to repaint things. There were spots they missed.

It went okay. I have had this repaired for the 3rd time and this time they really inflated the price. This time less work was done and was charge more by Tommy. Would like an explanation.

It went GREAT. I called and spoke with Jon and he explained what could be done to fix the problems. I was contacted by Patsy at the office and she scheduled the service . My appointment was for 8-9 am. Tom the service tech arrived at 8:05am. He went right to work. Of course my German Shepard had to say hello and show Tom what he did to the carpet. LOL. Tom fixed both problem areas and it looks like new again. I must say this company is a real pleasure to work with. Thank you Patsy, Tom and Jon.

Baltimore Carpet Repair was amazing. I just bought a new house and the carpets were installed very poorly. They were able to stretch them out and fix and problems. It looks really good. They were professional and quick. They also explained their process since I had no idea what was going on. Great place and I will definitely use them again.

This was an excellent experience and the result was outstanding. Jon and Kevin were on time, most pleasant to deal with, and clearly experienced and knowledgeable. The work carried a lifetime warranty. If our other wall-to-wall carpeting has problems BCR will be who we will call.

Jon called to give me an approximate time of his arrival and then got straight to work. He is very personable and clearly loves what he does and interacting with people. He explained what he was doing and offered advice on other questions I asked about carpet cleaning. In a word, Jon and his service was "awesome." In fact, I scheduled to have him come back and clean my carpet and upholstery.

Jon did a great job repairing an area of carpet damaged by my cat using some excess carpet that I had. He was on time and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again, particularly when we decide to replace all of our carpet.

Jon and his crew took great care to ensure that they were able to stretch my severely wrinkled carpet in several rooms and to an acceptable quality. We had a fantastic experience with Jon and Baltimore Carpet. He was polite, professional, prompt and the carpet stretching was excellent. it made a HUGE difference in our carpet. Very reasonable price as well!
