Presto came out and assesses my issue and provided a resolution. The estimate was reasonable. They were able to schedule me before the next big rain. The crew arrived as scheduled and was friendly, courteous and efficient. Carlos explained what they did and the crew cleaned up afterwards. They had to do a little more than originally planned but the estimate remained the same. I was very satisfied with Presto Construction. Thanks!

I reached out to Presto and they responded by setting up an appointment within a day or two. Jason came out and shared options with me for a sump pump, some structural support as well as some exterior masonry repairs. After having an Engineer come in and make a recommendation, Jason looked at the report and followed the Engineer's guidance with some minor enhancements. He had a crew out within a day. I was really impressed when after the local foremen sent me a picture of the completed work, that did not at all meet my expectations, Jason responded to the picture by letting me know he would handle it immediately, and he did. His crew finished the job layer that afternoon and it looked great. I really appreciate when there's an issue and vendors respond quickly and professionally, it shows that they care about their customers and their reputation, and Jason does. He's got an enthusiasm about the work that helps him explain the work in layman's terms, making it easy to do business with them. I've since referred another investor and she also had a great experience. I would highly recommend Presto!

From the initial visit, my experience with Jason and the entire Presto staff was very professional. They are a nice group of hard working men who know their craft. They listened to my concerns and explained everything that needed to be done from beginning to end.
