My experience was beyond beyond beyond my expectations!! Jason he's the owner and you can tell he cares about his clients ! HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME I WAS SO STRESSED OUT BUT HE MADE SURE HE SENT ME AFTER PICTURES WHICH I WILL UPDATE !! Just know he cares about his customers and offers unbeatable warranties !!! Thanks Jason so much I could on and on and on and on about his service just know this company will get the job done ! Also his staff very friendly and very very good with their hands! I will never ever use another company ever this company has me for life !! Peace and blessings to your company

Would not rehire

The customer service was great. He was so patient with us and he explained thoroughly what had to be done. His workers were professional as well as courteous. Everything was cleared and replaced original space. In Spite of bad weather, which included rain the job was completed in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them as a trustworthy company.

They returned promptly to correct a minor issue. They left the work àrea clean. The basement didn't have any water after 2 rains. They honored the price I was quoted. I recommend them highly.

BEWARE of this contractor, but if you donâ t mind HIDDEN CHARGES then proceed. I hired Jason for a waterproofing job on 8/16/24. Initially, he was nice and even provided details on how I could secure financing from a bank for the job (almost $5000!), as well as a $500 â discountâ . On the day the repairs were supposed to begin, he called to tell me that I needed to pay an additional $500, so the â foremanâ can replace the wall and flooring after the job. The same $500 that was supposed to be a discount! yep, he took it back. I paid the additional $500, just so we could remain cordial and he gets the job done. When the repairs started, he told me it would start at 9am and end at 4-5pm on the same day, however, that was entirely FALSE. The repair took 2 days, in which he kept hounding me to call the bank to release the funds from the LOAN I took out for this repairs, and while the job was still NOT COMPLETED! On the second day, he reached out to me that the job was completed, however, what he didnâ t mention is that there was a gaping HOLE in the ground which he refused to cover unless I paid an additional $450! This is a total of $950 ADDITIONAL besides the initial cost of the job! This is where I drew the line on being EXPLOITED. So, I had to get someone else to complete a job that I paid thousands of dollars for to Presto Construction LLC!

I looked up their license number (147246) included on an estimate (Link Removed) and am not getting a result. Based on that, I believe Presto are lying to consumers about being licensed in the state of MD which from my understanding is against the law (Link Removed) Additionally, I am not sure if he is an employee or owner but Jason has liens related other parties against them. You can look up the various cases on the MD courts website (Link Removed) Lastly, I am not getting a building when I search up their address which leads me to believe they are hiding something. Overall, between the potential misrepresentation and court items, I would NOT recommend working with this company.

Presto Construction did a great job with our basement waterproofing project! Their level of professionalism was excellent! They walked us through every step of the process and answered every question that was asked. I highly recommend this company!

The crew were very detail oriented as well as friendly and professional.

Work was done professionally, quickly and with workers who communicated well.

Presto was hands down the best option to complete our project. They were the most transparent and reasonable among several other companies we spoke with throughout the whole process and delivered a high quality of work in an insanely timely manner. They completed a visit, estimate, and the project within four days. We also ran into a couple of issues during the project which they discussed with me openly and at no point did they try to upsell me on additional work, products, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Gave me upfront estimate, stuck with it, workmen gave good idea what they were going to do. Work very neat, well-done.

Jason was the guy we hired. He was AWESOME!!!! Kept in touch with us everyday because of the weather forecast. Very helpful and informative. Once him and his guys started the work on our backyard, in a blink of an eye, they were done. Wonderful work! My husband and I are very satisfied. We will be using Presto again. Thank you guys so much!!!!

The customer service was truly exceptional. The value was truly exceptional. We interviewed multiple Class A contractors before choosing to go with Presto and discussed the differences between the different approaches and materials of each. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and forthright about the differences in our options, why he stood by his recommendation, etc. His price was extremely competitive as well and included a few little extras like installing the conduit and outlet box for the sump pump, that other contractors didn't offer. Finally, the crew completed their work quickly and did a great job cleaning up the site!

Jason was incredibly helpful explaining what they needed to do to repair my foundation and why. He had his crew out the very next day and they worked tirelessly to get it all done in one day. Phenomenal!

Jason was easy to work with and he understood our goals for the project. The crew that worked on the reconstruction was hard-working and courteous. Though the work took longer than originally estimated, we wanted the job be done thoroughly, so we were not concerned about the extended time needed to complete the project. The final result was very good and a major improvement.
