Description of Work: |I engaged Roof Solutions for a new gutter system about 2 years ago (2013), and during the 2015 June DC rains, I had an issue with leaks between the existing roof and the new gutter system. | |The firm was fair and decent. They understood the issue between the existing roof and new gutters. Upon inspecting the area, they wrote a proposal that I pay for the upgrades to the existing roof (which was NOT installed by Roof Solutions), and they would take care of the gutter repairs under warranty. | |I appreciated this response and approved the work. The work was done well and on budget. |

Description of Work: Their representative was direct and clear. They did not try to pressure me and made an honest assessment of my needs. In addition, of all the estimators, they were the only ones that pointed out I needed some repair to shingles damaged by a tree. I asked them to let me know if I needed some additional work another company had recommended, and they said it was not necessary. Honest and competent.

Description of Work: Very responsive customer service. The company did a great job on the replacement of our gutters. This company also did a patch job on the roof. There was a problem with the patch job but the customer service person was incredibly responsive and the problem was resolved in a very short time frame.

 + -1 moreR & D was wonderful. Gerry arrived exactly on schedule to look at the existing roof and to provide an estimate. He answered all my questions, left the estimate and info with me. When I decided to use R & D to replace the roof - the work was scheduled for 2 weeks away. When weather delayed another job, R & D kept me informed as to how this would affect having my roof done. They arrived on Monday morning - finished Tuesday mid-day. The crew cleaned up everything from the old roof - no trash, old shingles, nails, etc. were left either in my driveway or in my yard. After the roofers were done, R & D followed up to make sure there were no problems.
Description of Work: Replaced entire roof and installed new vents.
