Mr. Bogale is the ultimate professional. He is a hard worker who does not stop until the job is done and done correctly. Mr. Bogale was punctual every time he had to come service my home (it was a total of 3 times he came). He is a busy man who works with clients in other states. He actually came to me after doing a job in Philadelphia, wow! He is a patient and kind man and I will definitely work with him again. Thank you!

Excellent service. Bogale expertly installed our new toilet and switched out our old one. When we discovered that our connector was not the right size, he provided us with one the correct size, saving us from having to reschedule and make another trip to the hardware store. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
