Description of Work: Don Bonnet was punctual. When I explained to him what I wanted, he told me that he cannot perform the work unless we get special permit for the job and that it would cost a lot of money to do it. So, I decided to forget about the whole thing. However, he was extremely knowledgeable to explain everything in detail and he was very polite and nice. If I ever need an electrician, I will call him and hire him.

Description of Work: The exhaust fan motor in my bathroom blew out. I was very happy with the service. It required two visits: one to determine the problem and order the part and the second to install the part. Very punctual and very professional, and he gave me guidance for periodically cleaning out the exhaust fan to minimize future occurrences. I was satisfied with the price.

Description of Work: We have under-cabinet lighting in our kitchen which went out completely one day. Ridgeway & Ernest replaced two defective low voltage transformers.

Description of Work: I walked in on a busy day, they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed immediately. I did not have to rent a car or miss time off work. They changed a wheel bearing rear wheel. Very positive experience will go there again when needed for automotive repairs.

Description of Work: After loosing all power in my painting studioI had an outrageous quote by another electricianwho wanted to rewire the studio .I decided to see if I could get a better price and when Don arrived he immediately questioned me about the cause of the fuse . I admitted that I had used a hair dryer to speed up the drying process on a painting .He showed me that I had over loaded the cir cuit and we set out to find the fault. I took him downstairs to the fuse box and he methodically tripped out all the switches and traced the wiring around the outside of the house .He informed me that there may be a broken live wire and that he would send for William his chief electrician to investigate the situation ,and asked him to stick to a strict two hour time limit. Up until William 's arrival there had been no call out charge.From the moment he set his timer ,William went to the fuse box to quietly access the situation ,and then asked me if I knew of any other fuse box I n the house. He showed me wires that were pointing upwards so we looked on each floor and finally arrived at the attic There he found the tripped switch in a fuse box that I never knew existed.I was thrilled that he had discovered the fault so quickly and had saved so much time and money
