We had a flood from the master bathroom down into our kitchen and basement. We called our insurance and they gave us some names. We called Rich. From day one, he was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process as our kitchen, bathroom, and basement were pulled apart to find the water damage. We were very impressive with his vast knowledge of water remediation. With our hectic family life, he and his team were very accommodating. He was very honest, resourceful and trustworthy. We truly have appreciated everything he's done for us. Highly recommended.

Rich did a great job with my wool rugs. They looked more colorful and he got out a lot of stains. He was able to get under the couch and table. He was efficient and easy to work with. I plan on using him regularly.

I couldn't be happier with the service MCC provided. I spoke with Rich on the phone to get an estimate. He was very thorough in explaining the work that would be done and very accommodating to meet my schedule. The guys that came out did a great job getting the stains out and was equally thorough in all the other parts of the carpet. They were also pleasant and handled household items with care. I highly recommend MCC if you need your carpets cleaned.

Highly recommend. We have hired MCC twice now and will continue to do so. They cleaned our basement carpet prior to moving in last year and it looked like new. This summer we had some water problems after heavy rains, the carpets were badly stained and in bad shape with dark brown stains from water seeping up through the carpet. After mitigating the leakage, we hired Rich again. We were skeptical of whether the stains would come out. But lo and behold, Rich worked his magic and the beige carpet looks fresh and clean again! Rich is professional, he cares about customer satisfaction, and is a true pleasure to work with.

Professional, courteous company that had the carpets in our rental home looking like new. They were able to get out stains that a previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove. The stains appeared to be permanent, but now they look like new! Looking forward to hiring them again!

MCC cleaned my carpets in my upper level and lower level of my townhouse. I needed him quickly for a move out and he delivered. He was punctual, thoroughly described what he was going to do, and best of all removed all stains on my carpet.

Rich did a great job from start to finish. He provided text notifications to remind us of the upcoming appointment and another notification to let us know when he was enroute to our house. The amount of wall-to-wall carpet we needed to clean in our living room and a hallway amounted to less than the minimum charge, so Rich also cleaned the carpet in our master bedroom to get us to that level. Very knowledgeable and professional. My carpet and sofa looked like new! I have two dogs one of which is a puppy. All stains were removed and the carpet smells fresh. I appreciated the call before the service and the walk through after which a price was provided before any cleaning commenced. Overall, a great experience!

We called Rich as we had a very dirty carpet on stairs (not cleaned in several years due to COVID) on fairly short notice. He was able to work us into his very busy schedule (12/15) to help us meet our needs. The carpet areas he cleaned looked new again; stains from beverages and pets were gone! Very well. We have used Rich of My Carpet Cleaning for several years. This time we needed him to clean the carpets after two of our dogs were sick for a few months. Needless to say they left us many presents including several surprises that Rich was able to detect with his Natick carpet light, The work went very well. Rich is a consummate professional and very friendly. He showed up on time as scheduled. He was looking forward to rewarding our pups with special treats but we unfortunately had to put them down. He always asks about our children and grandchildren. The carpets and chairs looked and smelled as if they were brand new after Rich finished. The basement and stairs has beige carpet that is in good shape but was well used and had several stains from years of use by previous owners. I was looking for a basic carpet cleaning to prepare to sell my house. Rich far exceeded my expectations. I wish I had found him years ago. He was very professional, obviously very experienced, and knew exactly what he was doing. He analyzed stains and used the appropriate product on each. He was even able to get up melted wax without leaving any discoloration on the carpet. My old wall to wall carpets came out looking great and the area rugs he cleaned looked brand new when he finished. In addition he was friendly and invited inspection of his work at every step.
