I have been using MCC for a number of years now and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the service. Rich always responds quickly to phone calls, and sends helpful email and text reminders before the day he comes to the house. He is thorough and does a fabulous job of removing stains. He has helpful hints about keeping things in good shape between cleaning visits. I appreciate his expertise and the friendly manner in which he completes the job. I would enthusiastically recommend MCC to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services.

I couldn't be happier with the service MCC provided. I spoke with Rich on the phone to get an estimate. He was very thorough in explaining the work that would be done and very accommodating to meet my schedule. The guys that came out did a great job getting the stains out and was equally thorough in all the other parts of the carpet. They were also pleasant and handled household items with care. I highly recommend MCC if you need your carpets cleaned.

Highly recommend. We have hired MCC twice now and will continue to do so. They cleaned our basement carpet prior to moving in last year and it looked like new. This summer we had some water problems after heavy rains, the carpets were badly stained and in bad shape with dark brown stains from water seeping up through the carpet. After mitigating the leakage, we hired Rich again. We were skeptical of whether the stains would come out. But lo and behold, Rich worked his magic and the beige carpet looks fresh and clean again! Rich is professional, he cares about customer satisfaction, and is a true pleasure to work with.

Professional, courteous company that had the carpets in our rental home looking like new. They were able to get out stains that a previous carpet cleaner was unable to remove. The stains appeared to be permanent, but now they look like new! Looking forward to hiring them again!

We have used Rich for years and will continue to do so. He is professional, punctual and has a great work ethic. He does not give up until all stains are removed! He uses equipment to determine what type of source/stain is and uses the appropriate chemical instead of just using a one size fits all approach. He is great and I highly recommend him.

This was our second time using Rich and his carpet cleaning services. He never disappoints. Our carpets are so magically clean by the time he is done. He is efficient, fast, and friendly. He’s very knowledgeable about the work and passes along the information that you need to know about the treatment he’s doing and ways to keep it up. Because of the traffic of our kids and the pets, I will continue to use Rich annually for a deep clean on my carpets. It’s such a good job and it changes the entire house when he’s done. He did our upholstery too on the two sofas.

MCC cleaned my carpets in my upper level and lower level of my townhouse. I needed him quickly for a move out and he delivered. He was punctual, thoroughly described what he was going to do, and best of all removed all stains on my carpet.

Rich did a great job from start to finish. He provided text notifications to remind us of the upcoming appointment and another notification to let us know when he was enroute to our house. The amount of wall-to-wall carpet we needed to clean in our living room and a hallway amounted to less than the minimum charge, so Rich also cleaned the carpet in our master bedroom to get us to that level. Very knowledgeable and professional. My carpet and sofa looked like new! I have two dogs one of which is a puppy. All stains were removed and the carpet smells fresh. I appreciated the call before the service and the walk through after which a price was provided before any cleaning commenced. Overall, a great experience!

We called Rich as we had a very dirty carpet on stairs (not cleaned in several years due to COVID) on fairly short notice. He was able to work us into his very busy schedule (12/15) to help us meet our needs. The carpet areas he cleaned looked new again; stains from beverages and pets were gone! Very well. We have used Rich of My Carpet Cleaning for several years. This time we needed him to clean the carpets after two of our dogs were sick for a few months. Needless to say they left us many presents including several surprises that Rich was able to detect with his Natick carpet light, The work went very well. Rich is a consummate professional and very friendly. He showed up on time as scheduled. He was looking forward to rewarding our pups with special treats but we unfortunately had to put them down. He always asks about our children and grandchildren. The carpets and chairs looked and smelled as if they were brand new after Rich finished. I would recommend him very highly for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

I highly recommend MCC! The whole process was very smooth. We are new to the area and had just moved into our 1950s house. The basement and stairs has beige carpet that is in good shape but was well used and had several stains from years of use by previous owners. Rich is a true pleasure to work with and is very professional. He arrived right on time and completed the job efficiently. The stains are gone, the carpets are actually brighter and look like new! I was looking for a basic carpet cleaning to prepare to sell my house. Rich far exceeded my expectations. I wish I had found him years ago. He was very professional, obviously very experienced, and knew exactly what he was doing. He analyzed stains and used the appropriate product on each. He was even able to get up melted wax without leaving any discoloration on the carpet. My old wall to wall carpets came out looking great and the area rugs he cleaned looked brand new when he finished. In addition he was friendly and invited inspection of his work at every step. Rich did a fabulous job! From start to finish he was professional, very clear with him communication and, most importantly - the carpets (which had some stains and are several years old) look like new! He also did a great job with our unique kitchen tiles, again, restoring them to their like new look. We are very pleased with Rich/My Carpet Cleaning and will continue to use him in the future.

Excellent customer service. Prompt, efficient, fairly priced, very communicative. They even assisted with letting me know when other services were at my home at the same time so I could coordinate proper service. These guys went above and beyond expectations.

I am amazing at how my carpet turned out. We have a dog, for which house training did not go so great, and a cat who's finicky about her litter box. Eventually the stains and the smells were too much for me. Rich and this team did an amazing job in the surveying of the carpet and delivering on his word once he cleaned it. It only took about a half of a a day, my carpets were like when we moved in, and the odor out. He also did our sectional, which was fairly new, but I didn't realize the wear and tear on it until he cleaned it thoroughly. I have three boys (two of which are teens and the third a toddler). He had some deep scrubbing to do with all our household entails -- and Rich sure did deliver! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a deep cleanse and freshening to their home.

First off let start by saying Richard exceeded my expectations. He was here when he said he was going to be, protected keys areas of my house when running the hoses and lines to clean my rugs and carpet in the house. He was organized, worked efficiently and he was very knowledgeable and caring! I will have back to my house soon. We highly recommend his company!

Fantastic, really did a terrific job. As a renter on move out, the carpet looked as good or better than when we first rented 2 years ago. He was very professional and safe during COVID, allowed me to fully inspect the house. What most impressed me is that he seemed to really understand the chemistry of the process like when he identified the type of stain it was clear how to get it removed. I would hire again, I’m going to encourage my landlord to use him again in the future.
