I have used My Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Service for many years. Rich is so nice and knowledgeable. We have had dogs and cats over the years and Rich can remove any stain! He is efficient, timely and so polite. I will always recommend him to friends.

TLDR: Reasonable pricing, house looks (and smells) new, and we got some helpful tips as first-time homeowners. Would 10/10 recommend My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services. As first-time homeowners, we wanted clean the carpets from the previous occupants before we moved in. Rich (in Laurel, MD) helped walk us through the process and was flexible around our schedule since we were living out of state. For anyone inexperienced in carpet cleaning (like I was), make sure you document any dark marks or discoloration in the carpets, particularly on the edges/corners of the room. Due to the additional cleaning necessary, it can increase the price, and it’s easier to get an accurate quote if you provide that information up front. Thankfully, Rich clarified pricing once noticed, showed us some small areas where we could use extra cleaning, and recommended places where we probably didn’t need to spend more money on (like closet edges that will be covered by furniture). We also got a discount since the house didn’t have furniture in it yet, so the total cost was still lower than other competing quotes. He also provided some helpful tips for us as new homeowners. It was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’m so glad we got it done before moving in. The house was fine before, but now that the carpets look (and smell) so much better, it really feels like a new house.

Rich is awesome. He is always on time and even gives a 15 minute text before arriving. He has great advice and always finds a way to do the best job economically. The carpet and furniture have a lit of years on them, but look like new. He is trustworthy with your carpet, furniture, and home. You can't go wrong with Rich! He's the best!

MCC carpet cleaning blew me away. They are extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. They got out all of our stains using safe products since we have young kids. The carpets were sparkling like new at completion. The owner Rich actually sent a crew out to my house after my desperate request. We had our sofas cleaned by My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Service. They did a great job, my sofas look like new. They were careful working in the house with belongings and pets (indoor cats). And I was kept informed of their estimated arrival, what they were doing and how I could maintain my sofas. All in all an excellent experience.

Excellent carpet cleaner. Spots were removed that I thought would never be removed (pet stains) and Rick was warm, professional and very efficient. Communication was great scheduling the visit even after I had to cancel the first appointment.

Rich was very thorough in his description of what he intended to do to provide excellent service. He took pride in the work and even offered to clean additional areas of our carpeting even though it was not part of the contract. The job, which included both cleaning the carpeting and upholstery, was very well done.

Wow, very professional, prompt, generous in giving information about the project. Had to have a vinyl tile floor stripped a few times then waxed. They also cleaned the new carpet on the stairs which contractors had used. We were ecstatic with the outcome on the old tile floor - it is gorgeous, they were hand scraping old wax off, the 60+ year old floor looks stunning. The carpet looks as bright and pretty as when it was installed before the contractors did all the work. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will contact MCC whenever I need cleanup for anything in the future. WOW.

Rich was professional from the first phone call. He explained his process for carpet cleaning, which is multi-step and designed to get out all the dirt and stains. When he applied it, at the scheduled time despite the snow, it worked like a charm. My 20 year old and 40 year old carpets have not looked this good in decades! His service continued to this morning's e-mail reminding me to re-winterize the outside faucet. Rich is friendly, polite & very knowledgeable about his profession. I would definitely higher again and I highly recommend him.

This was the third time we have used MCC Services for our carpeting. This time we added a request to clean our ceramic tile kitchen floor. The floor, including the grout is as clean and new looking as it was the first day the house was completed. After they removed what we thought were permanent stains from our carpeting, the carpets look new. They vacuumed for us, and moved furniture so our Family Room 12 x 18 area rug could be turned around to help even out the wear. They were careful to place protective covers around the stair balisters and protected our wood floors from damage. They made the whole experience a good experience for us. We will use My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Service again in the future.

Rich and Ahmad were both fantastic. They were on time, polite, efficient, effective. The carpets look great, and will give me a few more years before I have to replace them. Rich took time to know that we don't like harsh chemicals and used a gentle, earth-friendly cleaner. Ahmad's repairs look wonderful.

Hire MCC service. I hired MCC service to clean the carpet in my new condo. Not only was Rich punctual and professional, he also took the time to analyze my carpet and adjust the strategy needed. Great communication; I was left with a bottle of product that I may need in the future. Absolute excellence!!

MCC is fantastic! Rich was very professional, prompt, thorough, and was able to remove spots from carpet that other carpet cleaners had not been able to do. We had wall to wall carpet cleaned along with some spot cleaning and area rugs. Everything looks new!! I would definitely call MCC again to clean our carpets!

I highly recommend MCC Services. Rich cleaned carpet in our Master Bedroom and second floor landing, as well as upholstery items such as couches, throw pillows and ottomans and oriental rugs. He was able to remove stains that other carpet cleaning companies told me were permanent. When I first contacted MCC Services, Rich asked me a ton of questions about what I needed to have cleaned, the type of fabric of my items and what the stains consisted of. I thought at the time, what have I gotten myself into? But that just shows the level of care and pride he takes in his work. He also wants to make sure that he brings the right equipment/cleaning products along when he comes out to do the job. I could not be more thrilled with the results! We needed our carpets done for a move out inspection, and we stumbled upon Rich through Angi. From start to finish, the communication was on point, and pricing was very fair. It’s in your budget if you want the job done right, because after he was done, the carpets that we thought were already clean, looked and smelled brand spanking new!
