Description of Work: A sudden heavy mid-evening rainstorm coupled with a clogged exterior drain led to significant flooding of my finished basement - an uninsured loss. After perusing Angie's List, I concluded that Rich Gakavian of My Carpet Cleaning Service in Beltsville, MD topped the list of potential service providers (demolish, dry out, clean and sanitize and rebuild) - only question was whether he had the time to do the work on no notice. I called his number at 11:15 p.m. that evening, he himself picked up, took my information and was at my home early the next morning. From that moment until all work was completed, I cannot rave more highly about Rich (who actually does the work along with his team), and every member of his team - their professionalism, attention to detail, thoroughness, modern equipment, knowledge of water damage, mold and how to remedy and/or prevent, etc. He was mindful of the fact that this loss was coming directly out of our pockets and not from an insurer. Thorough, outstanding work, highly responsive, communicative, fair and transparent pricing. Look no further. If you have a casualty like this, call Rich. Also, if you are fortunate to merely need your wall-to-wall or fine area rugs cleaned, Rich is your guy!

Description of Work: This is the second time we have had Rich come and clean our floors. He is the consummate professional. Comes exactly when you agreed to, does a fantastic job, and his prices are reasonable. He did both our carpet and all the tile/grout in our home. Our dog loves him, and she usually tries to eat people who work in our house. SO he is Xena approved too!

Description of Work: When I had wall-to wall rugs in the living and in the rooms upstairs, I used this cleaning service multiple times. I also had a dog at the time who generated a lot of dirt. The service was excellent, professional and reasonable. I was always happy with the outcome. I haven't used them recently since I don't have wall to wall downstairs anymore and got new rugs for the upstairs. However, I will use them again shortly. Very reliable.
