Rich and Ahmad were both fantastic. They were on time, polite, efficient, effective. The carpets look great, and will give me a few more years before I have to replace them. Rich took time to know that we don't like harsh chemicals and used a gentle, earth-friendly cleaner. Ahmad's repairs look wonderful.

Hire MCC service. I hired MCC service to clean the carpet in my new condo. Not only was Rich punctual and professional, he also took the time to analyze my carpet and adjust the strategy needed. MCC is fantastic! Rich was very professional, prompt, thorough, and was able to remove spots from carpet that other carpet cleaners had not been able to do. We had wall to wall carpet cleaned along with some spot cleaning and area rugs. Everything looks new!! I would definitely call MCC again to clean our carpets!

I highly recommend MCC Services. Rich cleaned carpet in our Master Bedroom and second floor landing, as well as upholstery items such as couches, throw pillows and ottomans and oriental rugs. He was able to remove stains that other carpet cleaning companies told me were permanent. When I first contacted MCC Services, Rich asked me a ton of questions about what I needed to have cleaned, the type of fabric of my items and what the stains consisted of. I thought at the time, what have I gotten myself into? But that just shows the level of care and pride he takes in his work. He also wants to make sure that he brings the right equipment/cleaning products along when he comes out to do the job. I could not be more thrilled with the results! I will definitely hire MCC Services again and plan to recommend them to anyone I know who needs carpet cleaning services.

We needed our carpets done for a move out inspection, and we stumbled upon Rich through Angi. From start to finish, the communication was on point, and pricing was very fair. It’s in your budget if you want the job done right, because after he was done, the carpets that we thought were already clean, looked and smelled brand spanking new! He explained the whole process to us before he got to work, and when we returned he made sure that the unit was properly ventilated to allow everything to dry correctly. Just look for yourself. We had an interior pipe leak in our wall that caused extensive water damage in our basement. Thank goodness we called Rich to handle the remediation. He came promptly and he and his crew worked hours to do everything possible to limit the damage and enhance the drying effort. He had extensive equipment available to support his crew in all of this work. They removed the wet carpet and the damaged dry wall and wood framing, set up a containment area, installed dehumidifiers and recommended and then coordinated service from other excellent providers. Rich was extremely responsive and proactive - always checking in to see how everything was going. I recommend him and his service highly!!

We had a flood from the master bathroom down into our kitchen and basement. We called our insurance and they gave us some names. We called Rich. From day one, he was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process as our kitchen, bathroom, and basement were pulled apart to find the water damage. We were very impressive with his vast knowledge of water remediation. With our hectic family life, he and his team were very accommodating. He was very honest, resourceful and trustworthy. We truly have appreciated everything he's done for us. Highly recommended.

Rich did a great job with my wool rugs. They looked more colorful and he got out a lot of stains. He was able to get under the couch and table. He was efficient and easy to work with. I plan on using him regularly.
