Great. I hired Rich to clean my carpets due to an odor in my Condo. I actually had the carpet's cleaned recently and they were not stained, so I just figured they needed a deeper clean. Rich came and inspected the unit and actually talked me out of the more expensive cleaning service and instead recommended deorderizing the entire Condo using a cleaning gas which gets into all the nooks and crannies and neutralized the smell. Really happy with the result and advice. Rich is super helpful and made everything very easy. Would definitely hire MCC again in the future.

Rich is the consummate professional! We have used him for years and he performs miracles cleaning our off white family room carpet and staircase carpeting. He also cleaned a much used ottoman - no longer shabby chic! His services are very well priced. We are going to have him clean the grout and tile in or bathrooms next.

This is the second time we have used Rich for carpet cleaning. This time we also had all our tile floors/grout cleaned. What beautiful work. I highly recommend him. His estimates are spot on, he takes time to let the dog adjust to him ( bribery with chicken treats may have occurred) He shows up exactly when agreed to ( if not early) His work is meticulous, and I am very picky. he knew that one of our throw rugs would bleed and removed it for cleaning off premises. He returned with a spotless rug. Wonderful experience again.

We had a very thick 25 year-old Chinese wool carpet in the room where our two heavily-shedding collies slept. The rug was permeated with dog hair, and despite regular vacuuming was dull and apparently ruined. Our old dog urinated on it one day, and I found this company on Angie's List. Rich was immediately responsive, and his questions about the rug's characteristics showed extensive knowledge about his field. He explained the cleaning process clearly, and his estimate for cleaning was more than fair. He picked up the rug within a day, and when it came back, it was unrecognizable. The pee spot was invisible. and the colors and pile were renewed to their original vibrancy. I'd forgotten how pretty this carpet had been originally. He returned it to the room and helped move the furniture to place it properly. We couldn't be happier - this will be our go-to in future.

Our carpets look brand new now. Rich got stains out that I never expected to come out. The process was quiet, and odor free. He was exactly on time, quick, professional, very protective of our house and even mopped the hard wood floors before he left. He gave great advice on water damaged areas and loves dogs. Our pup was quite happy that day.

Rick is extremely professional, cheerful, hard working and VERY good at what he does. He did an amazing job, and on the few tough-to-clean spots he tried various things until he found just the perfect technique. He has helped me in the past with water damage and upholstery cleaning, and was equally good at those.

It went very well. Hratch came on Saturday and went right to work. He said I needed less cleaning than I had thought and lowered the rate he had quoted initially. He even cleaned out the table behind the couch since the dander had accumulated under the glass panels. Everything went smooth and the couches looked great.

Rich did an excellent job as always. He spend much time in preparing my home and the items for cleaning. The carpet looks brand new and the sofa and chairs which were older were brought back to life. I would not consider using anyone else but Rich.

Rich showed up on time and ready to go. He pre-treated all the stains and then cleaned all the carpet and the sofa. As always, the furniture was elevated on sliders and we were instructed to allow the treated areas to dry overnight. The carpet and sofa were clean and dry by the next day. We will continue to use My Carpet Cleaning Service on an annual basis and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Rich came and did the cleaning. He began by using a blue light to show up pet spots, then vacuumed, then did the cleaning. He was very thorough. When he'd finished, the carpets looked wonderful, and smelled fresh. I had 2 short flights of stairs, a long hall, a living room/dining room, and a family room cleaned. Rich also, while here, looked at my basement in order to give me an estimate on having it cleaned after water damage. He sent me his proposal that evening.
