Rich was terrific, very professional and knowledgeable about the different kinds of stains, especially the pet stains. I had previously had other carpet cleaners who told me the stains were permanent and they couldn't do anything. Rich was able to get out those stains, remove odors, and the carpet looks like new. He was careful, thorough, and informative. He showed up on time, and worked efficiently.

Rich was a true professional. He showed up exactly when he said he would. The area rugs needed to go back to his facility for cleaning and he called exactly when he said he would to return them. The carpets and rugs look amazing! I can't remember them looking good. He cleaned up really nicely. Clearly, he has been to many houses with pets as he brought my dog treats. You should definitely use him if you want spotless carpets and rugs, done professionally.

The best carpet cleaning service I ever used. At my request, Rich changed the schedule to come to clean my carpet earlier to accommodate my needs. He was punctual, professional, detailed. and wonderful to work with. He got the age-old stains out of my carpet and the cleaned carpet looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Impeccable Service!!! It didn't help that when Rich came to my home, my 1yr old granddaughter gave him a big hug that is usually reserved for me..lol. Did I say Impeccable service? I meant it. Very professional. Very personable. He arrived on time and did a phenomenal job. I had some spots in my carpet that we were both doubtful if it would come out....But Rich worked his magic and the spots were removed and my carpets look amazing. I hired My Carpet Cleaning Service to clean the carpets in a couple rooms in our new house (new to us - but definitely not new carpets). I chose MCC because they were the most knowledgeable and professional in our initial visit, and they didn't let me down. Rich knows carpet cleaning backward and forward, and he was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, was the consummate professional throughout the work, and even provided some extra service. I don't write many reviews like this, but there aren't many people who know their business and take pride in their work like Rich does. I'd certainly hire them again any time I need carpet cleaning.

Rich was very professional and explained the process as to what would be done. He did not require a down payment. He said the four rugs would take about two weeks which was perfect for my time frame.

We had carpeting in several rooms of our house cleaned. The carpet was approximately 15 months old and the areas were heavily trafficked and soiled because we have 2 large golden retrievers. After Rich worked his magic, the carpets looks as if they were brand new. There were also a few stains from the Goldens doing their duty. Rich made them completely disappear without a trace. Rich has provided us with excellent service over the past several years. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He treats our home as if it were his out. Mr. Gakavian is knowledgeable, friendly and professional! He arrived on time, explained the work to be performed, and kept me informed of what was happening. He also gave us information on how to maintain our carpet and flooring, as well tips on how to avoid catastrophes, such as flooding, that would damage carpet and flooring.

Rich really enjoys what he is doing and is very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, explained the work to be performed and thoroughly cleaned our sofa, sectional and carpet to our satisfaction. Rich was able to remove ink from a pillow and made everything look as good as new. He also left a cleaning solution to use if needed. Will definitely hire again!

Rich is a professional and knows how to get stains out of carpets. He uses various chemical mixtures depending on the stain and we have had some real bad ones --pet throw up, thermometer chemical splattered all over the floor, ink, and of course traffic on our stairs. We call MCC everytime and our 15 year carpets look very nice. He is constantly educating himself on what works and does not work.

This is the 3rd time we've used "Rich" & will continue to use his services in the future. He's always very personable & professional. We moved a lot of the smaller furniture out of the way & deep vacuumed the carpets, especially around the baseboards - This lowers the price significantly. Carpets cleaned: Family room, living room, stairs to the second floor, master bedroom, home office & hallway plus a glider & rocking footstool My wife commented, "The carpets look so good now, I don't think we need to replace them."

Rich was amazing! My husband and I just bought a new house and my mom uses Rich and raved about him and how good his work is. My carpet in the new home I thought I would have to replace which would have cost $$$ so my mom suggested rich and so glad that I went that way. He made our carpet look almost new ! My kitchen tile were also in need of some TLC. He cleaned then and sealed them to keep them looking new. I highly recommend Rich. Dont know if you can tell from the photo but there was a really darken area in middle of carpet from wear and tear +/- pet wear. It looked completely improved after rich finished

Rich did a great job cleaning the carpet. He was able to take out a dark stain probably caused during replacement of the furnace. I can tell he took pride in his work. The whole process was easy.

Excellent service and great quality work. A leaky window led to a soaked carpet and the need for mild remediation in the wall. After the mild was gone, the wall was rebuilt in great time, the rug cleaned and sanitized all at very reasonable prices. I would definitely use them again.

Mycarpetcleaning does a great job in so many ways. Our 2 buildings are 5 years old and we have used this company exclusively during the last 4 years. They are very responsive to our needs. When an area of the carpet was soiled, they came right over and cleaned that area. They do great work. We will continue to use them.

Rich and his team were superb from my first contact with them. Rich was always thinking about how he could do the best job at the least possible cost to me. We looked at another repair company that was charging a similar price, but the service Rich provided far exceeded anything the other company offered (and I'm sure the quality was far superior). I would absolutely go to Rich again. Rich and his team placed new carpet pad, repaired where carpet had been damaged/cut, re-layed the carpet, and fully cleaned the entire carpet (and all the tile in the basement as well). Great work, start to finish!!!

Rich was able to remove stains, including tar, that we didn't think would ever come back. He also gave us advice about how to keep our rugs and carpets clean without trying to sell us any products or additional services. He was great to work with, and we are planning to hire him again for more extensive work. We HIGHLY recommend Rich!

I enjoy working with Rich to keep our carpets clean. Rich does a better job, costs less, and is easier to work with than the previous cleaners that we hired. And if we ever have a special problem, Rich is always there to help us out. I highly recommend him. P.S. He knows how to get the spots out.
