Description of Work: Jon responded within an hour of my initial call and continued to provide timely response and action at every step. He personally came out to examine and decide what needed to be done for the minor mold issue in my crawl space. Because I was getting ready to stage my house for sale, I asked if he could get the work done within the next week. He said he could, and he did! Prompt service, professional treatment, and his crew of mold guys worked fast and thoroughly re-lining and doing the remediation of my crawl space. I would definitely use Jon again although I hope never to have to! Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I had an uninsulated crawlspace with mold. MoldGone performed mold remediation and insulated the crawlspace. Mike was great to work with. He was patient and available to talk through the process and steps as needed. He was always prompt in returning my calls or texts and was diligent to let me know when his team would be at my home, what they accomplished and what they had left to complete. I would recommend MoldGone to anyone needing mold remediation work. They were a great company to work with and Mike made the entire experience bearable and left me feeling very assured and confident that the work was done completely and correctly.

Description of Work: This was inspection only and the price was good for the inspection. The inspector was late to the appointment and then made me feel like he was rushed, by zipping through the home and asking me mostly about areas that concerned me. Did not "feel" thorough. Overall he was still very professional and explained things well when asked. I did not care for the cost of remediation given the small scope of work. Not a bad company and confirmed that there was no sense of urgency. I would still probably shop for other options and quotes for the work I need done based on the experience.

Description of Work: Basement was inspected for mold. He found 2 areas that have an extremely minute amount of mold which I could barely see even when he pointed them out to me. Description of Work: We hired Mold Gone based on an Angie's List recommendation, to clear the mold damage in our basement after a flood. Mike Mulieri gave the estimate and seemed very knowledgable about the work. Although he said they could also do the reconstruction, he recommended we hire someone else for that expecting it would be less expensive; I appreciated that. They had a cancellation and were able to start the work within a few days. While we cleared out as much as we could ahead of time, they moved the remainder, even buying a tote to put some odds and ends in. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything afterward. There was an area I had been concerned with but in the course of conversation, it got forgotten. Mike came out later at no extra charge to check it out. Later, the contractor I hired to reconstruct everything found another area that was still damp, but aside from that, Mold Gone did a great job. |

He looked at the situation and since the basement had been treated he recommended a simple treatment that I could do myself. He didn't charge for the consult. I really appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. Although I didn't end up hiring mold gone for work, I would in the future if needed. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Description of Work: What an amazing company! The person who came to do our inspection was thorough and professional. He helped us to understand the various factors that were affecting our mold issue. The report that he sent us was detailed and gave us direction for what needs to happen next. Ever aspect of their service was outstanding!

Description of Work: Mold Gone, based on physical exam, determined that serious mold contamination claimed by another company's highly-detailed report, did not exist and no mold remediation was required--thereby saving me from paying for a $2900 remediation recommended by the other firm. In so doing, they denied themselves a potentially lucrative job--a testimony to their high integrity.
