Description of Work: They checked two exterior facing walls from moisture. They determined what type of mold was visible and provide recommendations for next steps. They also provided a written quote for remediation and reconstruction purposes. I dealt with Mike and he was professional and punctual and will use them for the remediation services.

Description of Work: I had purchased the big deal and had a mold inspection. The only place that mold was found was in the basement half bath where there had been a leak. Mold Gone treated the area and even cleaned up and replaced and painted the baseboard and wall in the half bath! It looked great and I feel better that our health is not as at risk as before (we both have allergies and I have Asthma). I would strongly recommend them!

Description of Work: Jon came out to look at some mold in my attic. He was on time and very professional. He gave me a free written estimate and explained how to deal with the problem. He was honest and did not pressure me at all to use his service, told me that the issue was not urgent and we could wait a little while if we needed to.
