Description of Work: Moldgone came out to give me a quick evaluation of my basement. They were very prompt and detailed in their evaluation. Gave me a detailed report of my condition and offered solutions that I could do myself to resolve the small amounts of mold I had present.

Description of Work: Basement mold eradication, involving removal of drywall and reconstruction, replacement of insulation, etc.

Description of Work: John came and gave advice on how to treat the mold present in my bathroom; he was punctual and professional. I was very pleased!

Description of Work: The job went very well. The crew arrived on time and were friendly,polite and professional. They removed the mold and two walls, replaced them and painted them. One of the men took a paint swatch to the Home Depot and matched the color of the paint perfectly. When the job was completed they cleaned up and removed the trash. Description of Work: There was a mix up with the date they were to be there, but he was most gracious about their error. They rescheduled with us and we're right on time with a call 45 minutes ahead of the appt. they did the testing, and we had our results a week later. Well done, and professional. A slight hiccup with the first schedule, but this can and does happen. No worries. Thanks to them we can rest easier in the house. |

Description of Work: o Following initial site preparation, all contents will be covered or removed from the treatment space. |o Once contents are secured, water damaged section of ceiling drywall in the basement ceiling will be removed and discarded. |o Once demolition is completed, the exposed ceiling/wall cavities will be treated with a low-toxicity broad spectrum disinfectant to remove visible mold via appropriate technique, e.g. wire brushing, sanding, wiping, etc. |o When surfaces are dry, a fungicidal coating/encapsulate (looks and goes on like white paint) that kills residual mold, inhibits future growth, and acts as a moisture barrier, will be applied to the exposed ceiling cavity. |o All surfaces and non-porous contents in the basement will be disinfected with a low toxicity anti-microbial solution. |o The entire basement will be fogged/cold misted with a low-toxicity broad spectrum disinfectant. |o HEPA vacuuming will be ongoing for the duration of remediation activities. | | |Services were great.

Description of Work: They measured the air quality in and outside the house and inspected the house for mold problems because of an odor we noticed. They found no mold problems.
