Description of Work: He used a turning coil to open a clogged main kitchen draining pipe which the washer's drainage sink is also connect to it. And replaced the a small leaking elbow pipe. I think I over paid for the job. I had no choice, it was Friday and I needed the kitchen sink for the week-end. |

Description of Work: Water leak in the roof of the condo building I live in. At first we thought it was a leaking pipe but the plumber traced the leak to the source. He had to cut open a couple of holes in some walls. A bit over-priced but very professional work.

Description of Work: Reamed out main drain from house to outside until reached major root blockage. Removed as much root ball as possible enabling reduced sewage flow. Process followed by camera in pipe to show results. Not able to guarantee job. Gave estimate for excavation and replacement of outside sewer line to street access to public sewer. Explained whole process.

Description of Work: Excellent job finding and patching leaks. Got an written estimate to replace all plumbing at $3400.00 ( ball park for other biddders) however couple of months later they sent another person who provided a written estimate of $12000. The plumbing work seems good but the estimators need some work.

Description of Work: The toilet in one of my bathrooms was not secure to the floor which caused water to leak into the ceiling of my dining room. The plumber secured the toilet and caulked it properly to stay in place. The toilet is no longer leaking and working just fine. I've had plubmers come in before but this one got it right.

Description of Work: They gave us a window between 8am & noon, they never showed up. My husband called them a little past 12:00 & asked where the plumber was & the person told him that he was running late but didn't know how late. After waiting ALL DAY LONG the guy finally calls my husband at 5:00pm & asked if we still wanted him to come by & we told him no, it was too late. HORRIBLE customer service & we'd NEVER call them ever again.
