Description of Work: I hired the company to snake the drain to the main line about 3 months ago. The service went fine. One plumber came out and completed the job in a half day. They were great communicators.

Description of Work: Dug up my yard to replace the main water line. The problem existed on the WSSC side of the street! They ruined my yard, my fence, concrete walkway. They increased my water bill to double the cost of my average bill. It was a horrible experience!

Description of Work: The faucet in my bathtub leak and the water came through my dinning room ceiling. He repaired the leak, replaced the faucet and spout. He also put an access door in the back of the bathroom for easy access. I thought it was a little expensive.

Description of Work: The plumber replaced the flappers, etc., on the inside of 3 toilets. The flappers were worn out, thus causing leaks. The plumber did a great job. He replaced the mechanisms that needed to be replaced and tested them afterwards to make sure there weren't any more leaks. I haven't had any problems with the toilets since then.

Description of Work: I had a four hour window for the plumber to arrive. He arrived about 1.5 hours late. I did receive a call from the office saying he would be late, but a promise is a promise. The problem turned out to be a cracked toilet bowl tank and the toilet had to be replaced. He happened to have on on the truck for $850! I refused and he said he could get another for $550. This was a bit high, but rather than start with another plumber and another lost day from work, I accepted. In removing the old toilet, nothing was laid down on the floor and water d\ripped out onto my floor which i had to clean up. He seemed unprepared for that. Otherwise the installation went well and the new toilet is functioning. I think next time I will call a smaller plumbing company.

Description of Work: They replaced a piece of copper pipe that had a pin hole leak.

Description of Work: Replaced sewage ejector pump in the basement. Did the job well but the price of the work compared to the price of the pump itself was off the wall. The three hour charge for what was clearly no more than a one hour effort was frustrating.

Description of Work: Removed old hot water heater, installed new hot water heater with new exhaust chimney, expansion tank and water pressure valve. Install went very well; professional. Originally called out on an Emergency for leaking in release valve on a Sunday. Work took about 8 hours. Complete clean-up of area and removal of all materials.

Description of Work: Installation of a new high capacity gas water heater. Overall install went fine-prompt professional service. However, plumber was not familiar with our type of gas connection and instead of taking the cautious route and calling Washington Gas to turn of the line, he did it himself and broke it. Washington Gas had to clean up after him and were here until 12:30 am that evening fixing the connection. Not the best approach as far as I am concerned-safety should be first priority. Washington Gas was quite adamant that the plumber should never have touched their equipment. | |The plumber's manager indicated this is standard procedure for them "we do what has to be done to finish the job". Not sure this is the best policy for equipment and connections you are not familiar with.

Description of Work: Great job by a very professional company The price was slightly higher than I would like but the work was done right and I feel very confident that I won't have this problem ever again
