Description of Work: Plumber came on time and was professional. Toilet was running. They replaced the flapper - a 5 cent part - it took 5 seconds |Their website states that their minimum service charge is $89. Since I knew it wasn't a complicated problem I figured it would cost the $89. Well apparently that is the cost for them to walk in the door and everything else is above that. |I felt totally ripped off - well lets face it I was ripped off. I would have sent him away but I'd stayed home from work and couldn't afford to do it again.

We do want to make note that our service charge is only $49, and when ANY work is completed we waive that fee completely. At Len The Plumber, we don't have a minimum service fee of $89, and we would be grateful if you could send us the verbiage on our website stating that since it is incorrect.

Description of Work: They did all the work I needed done in a timely fashion. I was under tremendous time pressure so I did not negotiate the price. They originally charged me a staggering $3500 for $1200 worth of work. Then to my surprise they refunded $1700. They really, really took advantage of my situation but they did refund a big chunk of the over charge a month later.

Description of Work: Repaired a leaking pipe under our bathroom sink, replaced faucet on the same sink, snaked the drain and replaced tub handles and old connections on our bathtub, and snaked the drain and replaced handles on the sink in another bathroom. The plumber was at our house working for 7 hours! We were pleased with everything he did. We had also used him in early Dec. 2014 to repair a clogged/leaking pipe under our kitchen sink and snaked the drain as well, which we were pleased with. The cost of that repair was $285.
