Description of Work: Gas company had already identified the source of the gas leak into our water heater. They only needed to replace one valve. Absurd pricing with no advanced quote. It took less than a half hour to fix, and they charged around $400-500. Would never use them again.

Description of Work: kitchen faucet was leaking. They came when promised, fixed the leak, but did not have the right aerator and used a different size. Went to the hardware store the next day for the right size and replaced ourselves.

Description of Work: They were supposed to remove the tree roots and replace the in the basement. He told us that they would have to remove the wall and it would take all day. He also said that we would get at least $400 taken off the bill. It took him less than an hour. They dug a hole and bypassed the pipe that they were supposed to remove. Didn't give us the discount and refused to talk about. We are still trying to work it out.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater (gas - 50 gal), added an expansion tank and installed a water pressure regulator valve. Also had to re-fit the exhaust chimney. All day job, done professionally and cleaned up very well. Well worth the price for all the work involved. I was very happy with the entire process. I highly recommend and would use them again.
