Description of Work: I had a huge backup in my kitchen sink which I caused by not being careful. My regular plumber would not be available until Monday and I could not go through the weekend with my sink plugged up. I called Len the Plumber because they advertise 7 days a week service. I was given an appointment for early the next day. On Saturday, I received a phone call informing me of the estimated arrival time and the service person arrived as I was told. It was a huge back up and it was difficult for the service person to clear, but he remained professional and did not criticize me for having caused the back-up. I was very satisfied by the service I received and pleased that I did not have to wait until Monday.

Description of Work: I got a new, higher handicap toilet. It was fine. He came in to see the problem and left to get a proper toilet for my space. When he returned, he removed the old toilet, put the new one in and did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself. I'd definitely recommend Len the Plumber and use him again.

Description of Work: Gas company had already identified the source of the gas leak into our water heater. They only needed to replace one valve. Absurd pricing with no advanced quote. It took less than a half hour to fix, and they charged around $400-500. Would never use them again.
