Description of Work: Easy to make an appointment (what we had done was not an emergency so we scheduled it for our convenience). The plumber arrived first thing in the morning and did a multitude of repairs that were not easily accomplished due to the age of the plumbing fixtures. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and did not leave any mess to cleanup. The price was fair. We have used them in the past an will continue to do so in the future. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Did not go thru Angies' List for this service. Initial date, 11/3/2014 Wax ring worn, replaced with new toilet. 7/9/15 Toilet was running, put in a new shut-off valve, plus the plumber replaced a part inside the toilet; charged $192.00 for last call. I had to call a different plumber because the toilet was stopped up on 12/14/2015 $225 for that call. New toilet installed by Len cost $1039.00 for the 1st year.

Description of Work: Can't recall exactly when the work was done. Replaced leaking pipe under kitchen sink. They were very prompt sending a plumber. He arrived & fixed the problem. It was a difficult job because of the location of the pipe. It was old metal piping that had rusted through. It took quite some time to access the pipe behind cabinetry. My only complaint was the cost-almost $500 to replace a pipe that was not behind a wall. Don't know what plumbing fees are these days, but that seemed a little excessive & made me hesitant to give an A rating. But, it was an emergency & they came shortly after I called. It was a drain pipe, not a supply line, under pressure & I could possibly have refrained from using the sink & shopped for a better price. I think it was a Friday & I didn't want to go all weekend without access to the kitchen sink. Eating out for the weekend could have cost us $400!LOL
