Description of Work: I had used Len the plumber on my own not from your sight. From an add that came in the mail. I have recommended them to friends. replaced kitchen drain, installed toilet and replaced shower pan drain. Always asked for Brian. Great service and he leaves no mess. Over a two year period don't rember dates.

Description of Work: We had a active leak in our ceiling. They can't out and fixed the leak, but also left a 2'x1' hole in the ceiling. Their pricing is misleading, you end up paying up three fold from what you are quoted on the phone.

Description of Work: He opened a hole in my ceiling and determined that the bathroom pipes were partially buried in the tiled floor. Therefore he could not repair the broken pipe. He recommended having the bathroom redone and a new stack put in.

Description of Work: The first plumber said the pipes were frozen and he was to large to get into the area under my livingroom and another plumber would come out. This was around 10:30 am. I had to call back and was told no one could come until the next day. I had been without water for 5 days so they said Jason would come by 4:00. He did and said the best thing was to continue heating the pipes and then call back if needed. He was correct the water came back on the next day.

Description of Work: Called them to find a leak, person said leak was from roof not the plumbing, individual didn't go up on the roof to check, then person charged me $200 to install one hot and one cold one piece cartridges in my shower and took about 30 mins. So that's $400/hour. | |We brought in another plumber that found the leak in our upstairs bathroom. NO LEN, NO WAY
