He first considered whether this was a problem for a plumber or an appliance repair man, suggesting it might be a valve problem. Then he changed course and told me the dishwasher had been installed improperly (it had worked fine for over ten years) and he needed to redo hoses. He also decided I needed a new disposal. He now told me this would solve the problem. He first questioned if he had solved it but then decided he had, now saying the dishwasher only needed to reboot.He claimed it was fixed and charged $684. The next time I used the dishwasher, same problem: it flooded the kitchen. I called an appliance repairman who quickly fixed the problem by replacing the valve. He was very critical of what I had been told, assuring the disposal had nothing to do with the problem and hose remodifying was unnecessary He was also critical of the charge for an inexpensive disposal (he said it was $70.at Home Depot) I have twice called Len the Plumber who defend the actions of their plumber. claiming it does not matter if they charged me so much but did not solve the problem since , in their opinion, I needed the new disposal and hose modified.. I agreed to pay ONLY BECAUSE I WAS ASSURED I WAS PAYING TO FIX MY DISHWASHER. The plumber who came to my house should have told me my problem needed to be addressed by an appliance repair man, charged the service call fee and left. I have asked Len the Plumber to reimburse half of what I paid (although I think I deserve all but the service fee). They have refused.

Showed up on time. Courteous professional did a good job cleaned up pretty well. Minimum charge of $309 was pretty steep wasn't happy about that at all. They completed all work in less than 45 minutes, The $309 (minimum charge) covered 90 minutes of labor. After that it's $89 an hour. I will look for someone less expensive next time. The steep $309 charge led to the overall C grade.

The price was a good price. It was reasonable. The quality of the service was good. The workers were good and professional.

It worked out fine. It was very good. I thought it was a bit expensive for what was done but not outrageously so. It was a little bit more than we expected. I would recommend them because they did a good repair.

I didn't like it very much. They failed and then I bought a valve there, and I learned how to do it. They charge $700 just to change the valve. He could do what he was called to do, he could have fixed the toilet. He was so fast, he changed the valve so fast, but I don't believe he did. He said he just cleaned it, he said sometimes all that you need to do is clean it, and hours later it was leaking.

He did it fine. It just cost a lot of money. It was really expensive. They were good.

The service was fine, but we had to call him back because the pressure was not strong enough. So, he came back and worked on it. I thought the price was a little on the high side. I would sort of use them again, but we have some other alternatives. We would use them for something.

I think they are very overpriced for what they do. I had to do half the work of the dry wall and all that. The first trip was about $700 or $800. He told me that if I cut the drywall it would save me some money. I had him a couple of times. They didn't fix the entire problem. I had 2 issues, and he said he fixed both of them, but as it turned out, the second one started to leak again the next day, and I had to have them out again. They sent another guy, and the second guy was very nice, he came out on time, and he said he knew what it is, and he went ahead and fixed it. He was going to charge me for it, and I said that it was a continuation of the first problem. I wasn't going to pay him for it, and he said he was going to have somebody call me, and somebody did, because that didn't work, and the next day, I had third person come out. He finally replaced it, and he was going to charge me $400 or $500 for this part, and I said I don't think so, and so he had to call his boss. After hearing the whole story they said it was okay, I didn't have to pay for it. I thought they were very overpriced for the amount of time they actually worked. The quality wasn't very good, because it wasn't fixed until the third time. They get there in a hurry so that is good.

The service was not so good. It did not really work after they got done with it. They did not do what we needed have done. My wife would use them again.

The service went okay. They could have installed the tub and shower handles assembly because it became loose a few weeks later and I had to tighten it up myself.

They called me about 30 mins before they arrived. The repairman was professional and seemed knowledgeable. My outdoor hose bib/faucet was making a loud banging noise. He told me it needed to be replaced at a cost of $557. Seemed a little on the high end, but I don't have any comparisons. So I authorized the repair. He did a good job and the sound problem is gone. What bothered me most was his comment on a gas line problem that I did not ask to be serviced. He noticed that one of the two valves on my gas lines was broken and should be repaired. He quoted me $368 and said he could fix it today. When I looked closely at it, the valve was gone for whatever reason. Nothing was broken. I went to the store and got a new one for $6 and screwed it back on. Problem resolved. So, on the surface it looked like he was trying to sell me another expensive repair I really didn't need. If my wife was handling the repair she would have authorized the fix. So in the end, I probably won't use them again. This attempt to fix something that wasn't necessary was fairly obvious. Anything more complex and I would have no idea whether the repair is necessary or not.

The toilets hurt my back and my tailbone sits on the top of the toilet and makes me in severe pain. I called them and they supposed to come back and change out my toilets when I got home with the hospital I can't get a hold of them. I believe I've been robbed.

on 2/20/2016 to inspect the furnace before I called LEN the Plumber again. The plumber stated that the furnace should not be used and he tagged it and shut it off, stated that it was dangerous. Why would LEN the Plumber rig the furnace just to make a buck. LEN the Plumber didn't care anything about my family safety. I left several messages for LEN the Plumber and a Mr. Bryant finally called me back today, 2/22/2016, I explained to him what happen and that I wanted $411.00 returned to me he could keep the $89.00 Services fee, because his company placed my family in danger. He was more interested in making a dollar then doing the right thing and that was to SHUT THE FURNACE OFF. Mr. Bryant stated, "that I could put the $500.00 towards purchasing a new furnace from his company". Why would I purchase anything from LEN the Plumber when his representative knew he shouldn't have charge me for a furnace that was dangerous and not working properly.

i called len the plumber and spoke with terry around 8:30 a.m. friday 2-19-16 and explained the problem. said when i'd be home and requested appointment for later that day or over the weekend or early next week. appointment set up for 3-7 p.m. later that day. mr. chambers arrived at 3 p.m. and assessed the situation. explained what needed to be done. mr. chambers checked with his office to make sure parts were available and made sure he could return the next day and fix the problem. mr. chambers arrived the next day at 9:15 a.m. and worked continuously without taking any breaks, finishing the job at 3:30 p.m.

Exterior drain attached to the downspout was clogged resulting in water in the basement. Henry from Len the Plumber arrived on time, knew exactly what to do, was courteous and, most importantly, fixed the problem! Prior to calling Len the Plumber, I had called three other companies (including a waterproofing company, a different plumber, and a gutter cleaning service). Each said that was not the type of service they provided. Henry was very nice and knowledgeable. Now I know who to call for plumbing needs!

Jason went after the clog in a patient, but determined fashion. He was very careful to protect my floors and fixtures. It took three applications of the snake machine to get the drain flowing freely, but he did not stop before the job was completely done. It was a hard fought battle and worth every dollar. Jason did a great job.

The price is too high. They need to improve on it. That is way over charge.

They fixed everything all right, but they have outrageous charges. The amount of money to buy the parts at the store was about $150, so that means they charged $400 more for the labor.

They were not so good. The man was very and nasty in a way and he had an attitude with me and my wife. He is good but needs to build better relationships with his customers. He came and placed everything but he was real nasty. He was derogatory, pushy, arrogant and hostile. He did not connect totally with my wife. The pipes are dripping now and we have water down stairs and upstairs.

They did a wonderful job. They came out and found the nail in the pipe and repaired it. Then the Fire Department came out and tested it, and it worked fine. I'm really glad we could rely on them to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They were amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone. They are now my go-to plumbers, and they've come out a few times since to do some work as well. They were great to work with, and are very informative and friendly.

This company did a great job. He was fast and very professional. The price was outrages. He was only there for 15 min for $295.00.

Overall, the price was fine ($300) although it was $75 more expensive than a competitor who quoted me but couldn't come until later than week. My biggest problem is the condescension with which Henry spoke to me and how he, perhaps without even realizing it, talked down to me as if I was a child. He has a very high opinion of himself and reminds you about how great he thinks he is every chance he gets. He called himself "the Bill Belichick" of plumbing and then asked me, "you do know who Bill Belichick is right?" His overall manner and tone was bizarre and something I have never encountered with a professional. He tried to pull a hard upsell on me by telling me how much of an idiot the last person was who worked on the water heater and how I needed to replace my entire water heater and some pipes or my house was going to flood. The best part? Later that night, my credit card was denied because of possible fraudulent charges. It turns out, Henry accidentally charged $3,000 instead of $300 to my card. If you have even a little flexibility, go with a company that doesn't employ condescending, belittling people like Henry. I will not use this company again.

See above. Shower drain is still "slow".

I was very specific with the type of work that we needed. They came out and did the work. When I got home from work myself and went down to check it, the sealant had shrunk and the hole was still there. I called immediately because they are 24/7. The woman I spoke with said that someone would follow up with me the next day and they never did. The work is shotty at best and I would never hire them again.

To me they are expensive but all companies are. They came back out to fix the complaint I had. I was very grateful to them for gratuitously giving me a new handle to fix this.
