Description of Work: Started with a broken tub faucet. After installing shut-off valves and turning water on, discovered leaks from burst pipes (freeze/thaw). Two weeks later, additional pipes burst. We asked for an afternoon appointment; we were called in the morning and advised that a technician was on the way. I again asked for an afternoon appointment. Technician did not arrive, and we had to call to determine status. This occurred during the extreme cold snap when the region experienced a spike in burst pipes. A technician was dispatched the following day. He identified additional leaks and repaired them. He also performed other recommended repairs, for which we got a "single trip" discount. We also received a $50 discount for the missed appointment.At a later date, we discovered that the tub faucet was leaking. The company repaired it at no cost under warranty.

Description of Work: Len takes price gouging to new heights. $335 to torch in a new ball valve? The valve costs $21 retail in every plumbing supply shop. The torch work takes 30 minutes. They wanted an equal amount to replace a hose bib. If you don't care about your money, hire Len. You will get courteous service and a plumber who wears nice booties for 4x the going rate.
