Description of Work: Installed French drains in back yard and tied them into liens running out to the street. Also repaired underground drainage tubes and rerouted rain gutters to drain more efficiently. Installed new, higher window well in back yard and regraded part of backyear to improve drainage. So far working well, though have not had a test with major rainstorm yet.

Description of Work: Kuiper's took out old AC cement foundation and re-graded the area next to two sides of the house. Mr. Kuiper was very honest about what grading needed to be done and what didn't. He took extra time to diagnose causes of basement water damage and made further recommendations to contact gutter repair companies. He and his two workers arrive punctually on day of job and finished by 3 pm. I'd use the company again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Greg Kuipers and his team installed an extensive drainage system for the rear of our house. This included multiple catch basins, french drains, underground drainage and even a new window well. He even had to dig up part of our concrete/stone patio. He was very responsive to giving us an estimate and started the work earlier than expected. He completed it during the estimated 3 days in spite of rain and extreme heat. Greg oversees his team and is onsite most of the time. They all work very professionally and we are very pleased with the results. He was open to changes and we got exactly what we expected. We highly recommend him for water issues.
