The experience was great. They were timely and thorough. And guaranteed their work. It was all that I could ask for.

The appointment was set for a 7:30-8:30 arrival. Henry, the technician, called at 7:30 a.m. to let us know that he would be arriving in approximately 1/2 hour. A great idea to accommodate a busy working family. He arrived, performed the extermination service and was on his way. The entire procedure probably only took a maximum of 45 minutes. My initial contact with the company took a little longer. And, if I have one complaint, it would be in this area. After purchasing the "deal" I sent an email letting them know that I had bought the service from Angie's List. I never received a return phone call or email. The second time I contacted the company I called and was put on hold but the gentleman who answered the phone never returned to the phone call (I waited 10 minutes). I received an email from Angie's List asking me to rate the service. I contacted the company on a third attempt to tell them I could not answer the survey because they had not performed the service nor had they contacted me after my two attempts. The very polite and proactive young lady from Kolley's set everything up promptly and the service was performed within a few days.

He was very professional and I signed a monthly contract.

The Kolleys reprentative showed up on time and went right to work. I showed him the area where we had ants in the kitchen. He sprayed that area (near the kitchen sink) and all around the outside of the house and some areas in the house such as doorways and window sills. I asked if he sprayed in the basement and furnace room. He said he did. He was pleasant, finished quickly and made out the bill. I paid the bill at his request, forgetting that i had already paid through the Angies List Special Offer. I was surprised that he did not do a thorough inspection for termites or other pests. The ants were back in the pantry the next week. Upon recall , the representative returned and placed ant traps in and around the pantry. i called Kolleys to tell them I had paid twice and was told they would refund the extra payment or we could apply it to later services. I chose to use it to service my house (the original service was for my daughter's house she recently purchased).

Very easy setup using AL's big deal. Came and ask what the pests were and about special treatment areas. Treated interior and exterior. Polite and sociable.

We rent a house and our landlord pays for Kolley's to do regular service about a sporadic ant problem, both inside and outside. Sometimes monthly, sometimes more often as needed. I don't know how much they charge, but their service is dependable and effective. We are assigned the same exterminator, Blair, which provides continuity of service, and he is terrific. He is the friendliest and most helpful service person I've worked with. He is puctual, courteous, efficient, quick. Explains what he's doing, and always asks if I need anything else. He leaves little notes in the mailbox when I'm out to let me know he came by. Recently I called them to see if they could deal with a new wasp nest, and while he said someone else on staff dealt with wasps, he said he'd swing by and take a look. He knocked it down and called to tell me about it.

They have always been very prompt. They have good service and good people. I like them. I have used them for 22 years.

They come out monthly. I have a contract with them. They spray inside and outside my home. I have used them for awhile. I'm thinking of looking for someone else. I do not like that they have a high turnover in their staff. Their punctuality was not the best.

I have been using them for years. The same person comes out every time. I no longer have a termite problem.

They did a great job. My builder recommended them to me. They came on time, and I would use them again.

They came to my home for a termite inspection and to treat ground bees. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt for the appointment. The process was very easy and they took care of the issue for a fair price. Kolley's Exterminating Co is very conscientious of their work and very good.

It went just fine. Things have been fine. They dealt with any questions i had quickly.

They were very nice and seemed quite reliable. They knew what they were doing.

They are very good. They are excellent. They have done work for other family members. They are punctual and professional. When you call them, they call you back. Whatever work they do, they do it right. You don't have any problems and don't have to call back to say that it was done incorrectly. Their price is very good. I would absolutely use them again and I've had other people use them because they are so good.

The man came and sprayed kitchen, bathroom, basement and around foundation. The ants were gone within 24 hours. The company provides a free 30 day followup, which I did use, as a new infestation appeared about 4 weeks later. The company is pleasant to deal with and they were able to schedule the initial appointment within a few days and the followup within a few hours. My only qualm is a big one: the man seem to spray rather indiscriminantly in the kitchen and around pet areas. Immediately after he left, I felt obliged to thoroughly wash the pet bowls and anything that was out on the kitchen counter.

Kolley's is a very easy company to deal with. They show up on time. They offer really reasonable and competitive prices. They have been in business for a long time. They are a locally-owned company.

I provided a sample of the pest. The exterminator did not perform a thorough inspection, did not correctly identify the pest, treated my home for the wrong pest, did not use the pesticide as directed by the label, and did not treat my home for the pest I do have. {Note to Angie's List: I want to write the whole story, but I'm out of time now. You need a "Save for Later" function}.

They were I think just like an average company. I don t think that I received special treatment but they were not bad either. They got the job done and left. I haven t seen any more little critters but they haven t even called me to follow up.

We have been very happy with them and their service. They were referred to us by a friend. We have not had any more trouble with bugs since we started with this company. I would certainly recommend them to others.
