Description of Work: Mr. Lucas was not only able to replace the broken turn key lock on the interior front door of my 1923 home but went the extra measure and used some touch-up sticks to cover the tiny bald patch in door stain created by new hardware bit. Fantastic! He also replaced a missing glass doorknob set on 3rd floor bathroom door. His expertise, professionalism and kindness were exemplary. It was a pleasure to meet him and my gratitude for his saving the day with my broken lock!

+ -1 moreI called Tom on Saturday afternoon to schedule an appointment. He was on the road but made a point of pulling over so he could (safely) take my information and schedule an appointment. He scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Tom called an hour before to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. First, I showed him the three doors that I wanted re-keyed. Because two of the locks were the same, he suggested we replace the third so they all matched and could therefore use the same key. This was exactly for what I was hoping. He removed the three locks, took them out to his truck, and returned about 20 minutes later in install the three locks. He even made me some extra keys. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. His prices are quite reasonable. I can't recommend him highly enough!

We agreed on 1:00pm; he arrived promptly, and had the job done in less than an hour. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

+ -1 moreI don’t know how much the price was because my husband was here when they came. I think they did a really good job. My husband was pleased with them. It looked very neat when I got home. They did have to wait because we had bought the wrong lock for the back door. So my husband had to run back to the store and exchange it. They waited while he did that and he bought the right one from the store. We would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: We used Kensington-Wheaton Lock & Security. We last used their services sometime in May. They put in a whole new front door lock piece and also did the back door. They keyed them to match to use the same key for the front and back door.
