When I bought the house, the deck was in pretty bad shape. The prices of quotes were about the same as other companies but I chose this one because they spent more time with me to find out what I was looking for. They supplied a dumpster to dispense with the old deck. It was about a week from beginning the take down of the old deck to finishing the new one. The only unusual thing was that the contractor was told that a permit would not be required but an inspector said that a permit was required which ended up costing half a day of work. Everything else went smoothly.

The entire project went unbelievably well. Charles Lee is very knowledgeable and had solutions to offer for every issue we raised during planning. Andrew and his construction crew of three were extremely conscientious, taking obvious pride in their work. Once the job was started, the crew was on site continuously every day, including Saturdays. Andrew made it very clear that he wanted us to be pleased with the final result, always cheerfully responding "no problem" to any request that I made. Charles responded immediately to a couple of small changes that I requested as the job progressed at no additional cost! All materials used were of very high quality. The end result is beautiful, everything that we had hoped for.

Charles Lee answered my call promptly and was able to come in a few days to give an estimate. His crew was punctual everyday and worked hard. They completed the deck, with final inspection in 8 days.

Charles and his team were absolutely trustworthy, polite and hard working. There was no confusion about exactly what would be done, when and for how much.
