They quoted us a fair price, picked up the rugs when they said they would, cleaned them and wrapped them, held them for a while until we were ready to put them back down and delivered and stacked the rolled up carlets where we told them. Everyone was pleasant and professional at every point in the processm on the phone and in person.

Was an excellent experience. I plan to use them annually for cleaning of all oriental rugs I own.

Rugs were excellently cleaned. I was very happy with the service.

I called to get a price and find a time for pick up of 3 rugs. They said they could come by that day and were very accomodating about when and calling ahead before they arrived. when they arrived I had added a 4th rug, and they said that was no problem. I had the rugs all ready rolled but they had offered to help get them rolled up. While they were loading the rugs, I asked several questions about rug cleanning and pads and they were very responsive and helpful. They said it might be a week or longer depending on how the rugs dried before they would be ready. i called and checked in about a week and they were not dry yet. which suited me as i was doing painting in the rooms in question. i waited another week mostly as I was out of town and was worried they might want to be rid of the rugs but they were cheeerful and quickly set up a delivery time that accommodated my schedule. They delivered the rugs on time, I paid by check the agreed up on amount. The rugs are nicely cleaned and fresh. I found Ayoub Hanna great to work with, their service supurb, very professional and on time.

We had a 100% wool rug and it is not the easiest thing in the world to clean, so we wanted to go to a company that we felt that were expert as they could be. We used them and the rug came out beautifully and we were satisfied with them. They took the rug along with them and had it cleaned and came back and fixed it. They told me it would take a week to 10 days, but they called after 7 days and after it was cleaned and dry and ready to be returned. The crew that came out was very pleasant and spent a fair amount of time to put the rug down and the mat underneath it and made sure it was even.

The overall experience was unreal. This company went out of their way in so many ways. They moved the large furniture off the rug, that was not part of their job. They serviced the binding. They picked it up and delivered. This company came recommended by my neighbors, and I will make sure I tell anyone who needs their rugs cleaned to use them.

They returned to me a different carpet. The one they returned is a piece of junk.

The quality of their work is A+. They were really wonderful and they can get anything out of the carpets. They also cleaned an old oriental carpet for me once and cleaned it perfectly. They are not cheap, but it's worth it because of the quality.

THIS COMPANY NOT JUST CLEANED MY CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY, THEY HAND WASHED SOME SPOTS AND TOOK CARE OF ALL THE STAINS. FURTHERMORE, THEY TREATED MY ORIENTAL RUG NICELY.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. STAINS THAT I FELT WOULD NEVER COME OUT CAME OUT INSTANTLY WITH THEIR SOLUTION. I REALLY LIKED THE WAY THAT THESE PEOPLE CLEANED MY CARPETS.
