This is my second time using Excellent Carpet, and like its name says, they do an excellent job. We did two sets of stairs and a walk-out basement carpet that gets a lot of foot traffic. It turned out clean and beautiful including even the smallest of stains. (We do not have pets.) The tech was in good cheer and worked very hard. Very pleased.

Description of Work: I called this company because they were already highly rated on Angie's List. I am a Realtor and was looking into carpet cleaning for a client of mine. I did not realize at the time this company also does carpet/flooring installations. I made an appointment to have them come to the property for an estimate. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was the one who came out. He was responsive and courteous. Even though I had given him short notice he fit me in to his schedule and was punctual. He seemed to know his work and was honest and gave a fair assessment. The prices seemed reasonable. Although my client ended up using someone he knew personally to do the work, I would use and recommend this company again in the future.
