Description of Work: Excellent carpet cleaning cleaned an 8'x10' carpet for me a year or so ago. They did an excellent job, were very responsive, showed up when they said they would and returned the carpet when they said. The price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: the technician was very clear about pricing, was very careful in a house crowded with antiques, and did an excellent job cleaning an old Oriental carpet. he was polite, as was the person on the phone, and both were knowledgeable and professional. it's hard to judge whether the cost was high - the technician wanted to cover as much area as possible to make it as good a value as possible, which I appreciated.

Everyone I dealt with on the staff - appointment scheduler, appointment confirmer, service technician (Junior) was highly professional and effective. They clearly care about customer service and satisfaction. The carpet cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly, with great care for furnishings, etc. It's the 2nd time we've dealt with them, but surely not the last!

Description of Work: I hired them for move-out cleaning and I was very very pleased. The company called the night before to confirm and they arrived right within the stated time window. He thoroughly explained all my options and carefully measured the entire area to be cleaned. The carpet looked great, and the landlord agreed.

The installer was very professional and knowledgeable. Both the salesman and the installer came when scheduled, very pleasant and exhibited personal interest in my project. My carpets are far from being new but Junior really works his best to bring back that almost new look. I plan to use Excellent every 6mos. so, I'm almost due. Description of Work: Excellent Carpet Cleaning (ECC) did a terrific job! I purchased ECC's "$239 for One Hand-Washed Oriental Rug Cleaning -- Get a Second Rug of Equal or Lesser Value Free." They picked up and delivered my two Oriental rugs as scheduled. They gave me a one hour window and, sure enough, they arrived on time. The rugs desperately needed a thorough cleaning and ECC exceeded our expectations. The rugs were delivered back to us feeling and looking like new. I was concerned the fringe would remain dingy but it is clean and no longer stained. For an additional fee of $55, they repaired a section of the fringe that was badly falling apart. ECC did such a good job repairing the fringe that we could not tell which section had been repaired. I will use Excellent Carpet Cleaning in the future and have already recommended them to friends & family.
