Dryer Vent Wizard

Maxwell gave good notice of his arrival time, within the window, and was here on time. He performed the vent cleaning service we had contracted and sold an additional service for cleaning lint inside the dryer for a reasonable price. He was professional and thorough.

After TWO UNSUCCESSFUL VISITS from another dryer company (Quality Air Solutions) that was unable to "figure out how to access and clean behind our dryer", Dryer Wizard was our savior. They quickly figured out how to get the job done and did so professionally. They even proactively offered a solution for easier future access of the rear of our dryer (which is tightly fit into what probably used to be a linen closet) by cutting a dry wall access hole through the guest bedroom closet wall. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them. These guys know what they are doing.

Higheys Chimney Service technicians were servicing my home on Columbus Day 10/8/18 and when they were not able to fully unclog the vent recommended me to Dryer Vent Wizard. I hired dryer vent wizard to install a new dryer vent. The project resulted in a clear success. Maxwell performed the work precisely and professionally. He had his tape measure out at every step. He faced a tough project... a dryer in a bad spot with not much room to outlet the vent. Required drilling a new hole in the brick. He has an "anything is possible" attitude and was able to use his experience to solve the problem. They used high quality materials for the new duct. Very happy with the quality of the work and materials.

Maxwell called and was ahead of schedule. He explained the seriousness of the highly clogged system and what dangers it imposed. He was very thorough and completely repaired the ducting with rigid tubes where flex line was previously installed. We were so impressed we opted for a regularly maintenance schedule to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future. It was a very pleasant experience, A+ service.

Technician called when he was 30 min out, arrived on time, introduced himself. He showed me what was wrong and described what he could do, all costs, etc. I called the company on Tuesday and had service on Thursday, which was great.

The technician was great. My only comment is that he did not have a long-enough ladder even though I told the company when I scheduled the appointment that a 30-foot ladder was necessary, but that wasn't the technician's fault.

Awesome! Maxwell was on-time and called ahead of time. Up-front clear explanation of services and performed at high-level just as explained. It was a two-man job to remove birds nest from high-up vent. Eric and Maxwell worked very well and efficiently together. They had the right tools/equipment to remove stubborn/embedded nest.
