RIP OFF-Don't use them. They wanted $880 for a job that someone else did for $200. I was only out $39.00 for their estimate visit fee.

Very Good! Work was done well, efficiently, and competently. However the dryer lint balls were left strewn around the court yard.

Matt, with DVW checked in and showed up at the designated appointment time. He took his time to assess the vent access points and even took apart some of the piping in the basement to ensure the full length of the vent was cleaned. He had a little problem with his shop vac so you guys should buy him a new one, but no worries, everything was cleaned up and put back together perfectly. No more errors showing up on our dryer alerts so we feel the job was done spot on and we appreciate the extra coupon the tacked on to their already low prices after we compared them to other vent cleaning services for our area.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The Tech diagnosed the problem and fixed everything. We also used a coupon from angies list for the vent cleaning that saved us $100.

With 15 minutes clean and 30 minutes inspection of one technician's work the company asked for $325 dryer clean + $39 inspection fee. Only after I complained the owner lowered the total price to $285. Be aware!

Our dryer vented from the first floor to the roof of the garage. Really not a good situation. We took the advice of dryer vent wizard and had a new vent installed to the side of the dryer directly to the outside. He also cleaned the lint from the dryer. The dryer now works more efficiently and we will be able to easily clean the vent ourselves in the future.

replaced long run of duct with rigid type, replaced internal ductwork to dryer plus outside vent cap. Very pleased with service. But pricing was based on a catalog of fixed prices for various parts of the project, with overlapping scope - had to negotiate the total price so as not to pay twice for same components. Seemed expensive but high quality.

Maxwell of Dryer Vent Wizard did an excellent job replacing our loose dryer vent hose, installing a new outside exhaust and thoroughly removing lint from the dryer. He arrived as scheduled, was very professional and performed the needed work quickly. Maxwell explained the needed work and gave us an estimate before beginning the work. The old loose dryer vent hose had been a problem for several years and we are so glad we found Dryer Vent Wizard. Highly recommended.

Great! Eric asked questions and listened to my concerns. He then assessed the situation and determined the exhaust pipe had disconnected behind the wall, leading to the exhaust being dumped into the house instead of directed outside. He even used his phone to take a picture of the disconnected pipe behind the wall and show me the exact source of the problem. He then shared an estimate, answered my questions and then jumped right into fixing the problem. I've never been so excited to do laundry! Thanks for the professional expertise and great service!

Great. Maxwell came early, checked on what needed to be done and provided an estimate. He then proceeded to do the work. It was a "long run" to the outside so he had to clean the vent is sections. He then resealed each section and was done in the time he estimated. He was very professional and cleaned up behind him as he went. We were very pleased with the end product. The dryer works better for having the vent cleaned. Great job, Maxwell!
