Description of Work: Came to our house. Said that coupon was not good for inspection and then gave us a price at least a hundred dollars more than anyone else. Technician then offered to do the job "off the books for a hundred dollars less. We paid for the inspection and sent him on his way.

Description of Work: Our dryer was taking too long to dry our clothes. As the vent hadn't been cleaned in over 25 years, we thought it was time. The technician cleaned the outside vent and also installed a better venting system from the machine to the wall.
