I could not get the basement drain unstopped. Coleman came and used an electric snake to clear it. We have used them for years, and have always been happy. This is a high-quality company.

Donald is magnificent. It’s a small operation that is family run. He is extremely responsive to your calls and always shows up on time for his appointments. He will tell you in advance the estimate for the repair by phone. He charges by the hour and not by the job. The cost is very reasonable. He is consciences and shows up completely prepared. He’s responsible and just does excellent work. I couldn’t recommend him any more highly.

We had set a time a few days in advance (these were all non-emergency things-- due to size of their staff I'm not sure if they are able to respond quickly to emergency things). They arrived at the exact time agreed on (no waiting all day!!!)-- had great advice, cleaned up after-- couldn't have been happier with the service. Best plumber we've ever used.

The person showed up on time, was obviously very experienced, explained what he was going to do, and did a great job. The price was very good for the work done. At one point there was some confusion about the job. I incorrectly thought that the plumber had left without finishing the work. I called the company and asked what was going on. They were professional and helpful. They explained that the job was finished and I should call if I had any problems. When I arrived home I discovered that the work was finished.

I have never seen anyone work so quickly and efficiently. We've tried many different plumbers through the years, and we finally found this company, and we were really impressed. He worked so fast that the price ended up being really reasonable. He knew exactly what he needed to do to fix our problems, and he just did a super job.

I have been very pleased with them overall. They are incredibly responsive and he really seems to know what he's doing. I would highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future.

We thought that we needed to have the toilet completely repaired because of the broken seal. He came out and found that the problem was a lot smaller than that and took care of it on the spot. The toilet in the basement had been running for some time and we did not know why, and he was able to find the problem quickly and fix it as well. He seemed to not have a problem with adding another task without asking him.

He came out and looked at it with no charge. Came back the next day and fixed the problem. Was there when he said he was going to be there the next day. Got the job done quickly. Very professional. Very friendly. I would recommend him to friends and family.

It was as enjoyable as a plumber's visit could be. He showed up on time and seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very helpful. They are one of the very few plumbers in the area that can understand and repair the really old fixtures that some of the houses in the area around here have.

I thought the cost was extremely high. I don't have an issue with he work, but the cost was much more expensive than another plumber we spoke with. Cost is per hour.

When Don tried it, there was no leak. He tried it several more times and checked it thoroughly. When he could find nothing wrong, he declined payment and just said to call back if the problem recurred. This is just one example of the outstanding service we have had from him for almost 20 years.

I like the fact that they fixed it right and it didn't leak again. I may not be absolutely exact on the price, but I know it was around 500 dollars because the pipe was in my ceiling. They also cleaned up very well.

We have used this father and son team for many years now and have been nothing but satisfied. They are very trustworthy, always get the job done right the first time, and are very prompt. We wouldn t consider using another and highly recommend them.
