Description of Work: Cleaned chimney. I don't have any issues with how they cleaned the chimney. I did not rate them high for their follow-on professionalism. I scheduled an estimate for a secondary service and arrange for a four hour block of time. In the last 30 minutes of the appointment time, they canceled. I wasted a half day waiting for them and they knew they would not be at my house in the window, yet they never called to advise me until they canceled the appointment.

Description of Work: I had decided not to write a review but then I got an email. I purchased big deal for fireplace inspection and clean. I had not used my fireplace in years but I was not aware of any problem. I wanted to start using again so I thought I should get clean. The technician came, and it NW appears he could not locate gas line, I wasn't aware of this but was simply told I needed new gas log inserts.. A different company inspected and the first thing they ask was where was the switch the gas line, they located and realized it was not turned on. They turned on the gas switch and my gas logs work perfectly fine. I'm not sure how a determination could have been made without turning on the gas but I guess mistakes can be made so bottom line I can't really say anything about the quality of the service

Description of Work: They did a tune up of our gas log fireplace. There were no problems. They told me what they did, cleaned up, and left within an hour. Very professional.
