The only change I would have liked was better communication. We had a (minor) issue with our faucet that backed up. When I went to talk to the one tech who was on site, we had difficulty communicating about the issue. We resolved things, and I would use this service again.

Everything went great! Brandon did a great job convincing us that the propane insert would be better than an electric insert. Rudy and crew worked very hard to get our new Trilliant propane insert installed. Tiffany did a wonderful job of getting the new fireplace set-up for use. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with. We can't wait for cold weather so that we can start using the new fireplace.

They were incredibly communicative from the initial estimate and walk-through until the project was entirely finished. It was a difficult project and I thought they worked very hard and at the end of the day made certain everything was done to our satisfaction.

Phenomenal customer service--honestly the best experience I've ever had with a home-related project. Tiffany was especially helpful both in preparation for the installation (providing quotes, answering questions) and during the set up, but the whole team was a pleasure to work with! They were kind and considerate when doing the installation while I worked from home. The installed fireplace is exactly what I wanted and looks great. I would absolutely work with them again, and they'll be my first choice as masonry and fireplace-related needs come up in the future.

We had contacted Chimney.com and asked if they could check out our gas fireplace and tell us if it needs to be replaced or fixed. Ours was a 2002 possible model, so it definitely need to be replaced. They let us know what the estimate would be for a total replacement with a Majestic Fireplace and all the bells and whistles that come with it! We said yes and set a date. Then they notified us that it came in early and if we would like them to come out earlier than scheduled and we said YES!! They showed up early in the morning -a little after 8 AM which is fabulous! They worked the whole day taking the old stuff out putting the new stuff in! The crew cleaned up as they worked. Chimney.com re-lined our chimney last year. It is a house built in the early 1960s, and the chimney had never been lined. Great job -- and we had many nice (and safer) fires last winter. They had also installed a "ladder" on the inner firebox wall on which to raise and lower the damper incrementally, which was useful to my husband because now dealing with the damper does not require a strong arm (he is 78 years old). So, this week, a year later, Favio came to clean the chimney: I worried about the carpet, but he placed tarps down. He spent time and did a thorough job. He wore a mask (my husband has several underlying health conditions, so I continue to worry about covid). Before he left, Favio also coached my husband about how best to use the damper "ladder." This went beyond simply cleaning the chimney and was helpful to my husband, which I appreciated.

From start to finish I was very satisfied with everything Chimney.com did to fix my fireplace issues. I had so many challenging demands including having to do the inspection and maintenance in a week (since I am selling the condo) and having to find an outdated fireplace parts. From the first day, Tiffany from Chimney.com worked so hard to make sure that inspection is done in a couple of days. Once I was convinced that I need a new fireplace, Tiffany and Jimmy spent literally hours to find a compatible fireplace to existing outdated one. Branden came out initially to do our chimney inspection, he was punctual, thorough and friendly. He walked us through what the issues were with the chimney (the grout between the terracotta tiles had washed away) and what the repairs would be. Nelson and Carlos did our Chimney Liner installation. They we also punctual, thorough and friendly. They covered the room with plastic sheets to protect our furniture and were done in about four hours.

Great job. Our fireplace was falling away from the house due to water leaks and rotted wood. We hired Chimney.com to remove the old insert, rebuild the support, remove the brick surrounding the fireplace, install a new insert, and replace drywall. Long story short, they came, they saw, they fixed. The work was done on schedule, the team was thoughtful and cleaned and vacuumed the work area each day before leaving. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely hire again.

We initially booked a chimney sweep, because smoke was getting into the house. When the cleaner showed up, he inspected the chimney and found that a cleaning was not necessary and didn't charge for it, and instead walked us through steps to talk to better operate the chimney. Since then, smoke has not been an issue.

From the initial call to the receptionist to the service professionals finishing up the project it was all 5 star work. It was great to find a local company that still offered excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family in the future.

They relined my chimney, yet my house filled w/ smoke whenever we used the fireplace. When I asked them to come back and check the chimney, they told me the problem was that I was using bad wood. A second opinion by another company who actually used a camera inside the chimney indicated other serious issues. When I called to discuss w/ Chimney.com, the manager never called me back. Don’t waste your $ like I did!
