They came on time and did the work.

It was fine. There were about three reschedulings.

I bought the $99 chimney sweep voucher, but when they came out, they determined that I really did not need the full service covered by the voucher so they made a cash refund. I was very impressed by their integrity and honesty.

Technician was very responsive. I told him problems I was having and he serviced the unit and explained how to replace batteries and reprogram remote. I would use this company again

I ordered the gas log fireplace angie's list special. I hired them to replace the while unit, and that went very well.

The service was great, and I am happy with the results.

They did a good job. They were on time they called to confirm the appointment, they did everything I expected them to do. I would use them again in the future.

It went fine, they contacted me as promised, made an appointment, came as promised, inspected and left an estimate of what they would charge to do the work they say is needed.

Did a good job, very professional. The fireplace would work for an hr or so and then cutting off for no apparent reason, and sometimes it could be turned on by just turning off the fan. He suggested cleanup sometime clears the sensors. After cleanup it now work perfectly.

It went great! They were very helpful and had great communication.

They were fine. My only complaint is that the guy who showed up didn’t know it was for an Angie’s List Big Deal and did not do the inspection.

The chimney sweeping went fine, but then I was given an estimate of $2800 for required chimney repairs and told that the fireplace currently is unsafe to use. Since I had been using it prior to this, I was unpleasantly surprised by the news. Bottom line: I have no reason to doubt the thoroughness of the chimney sweeping, nor do I necessarily disbelieve the need for repairs, but obviously I was not very happy to pay for a chimney sweeping only to find that I cannot use my fireplace until I spend another $2800.

The tech that came to my home was prompt and very cordial. As it turned out, because of the type of damper installed in my home, he was not able to complete the chimney sweep. He suggested a top-mount damper be installed which would also help with some back draft that we were experiencing. He gave me a very fair price for the damper purchase/installation and completed the chimney sweep when he came back to do the install.

Nice guys, considerate, efficient and job well done! Would recommend and use again. Brian was great with communication and scheduling.

workers were personable and efficient 1. double a furnace connection- had to return to bring replacement part and reconnect 2. had to return on subsequent day to readjust some of the completed cork

It was also still in process. They didn't find any problems which was a good news. I'm also ordering a gas fireplace. The service was fine. I like them very much. I've had no experience with them but the technician was extremely professional and polite. I wanted something that wasn't part of their standard deal that the manufacturer had worked with but they found it for me. I thought it was great. I would see what happens when they install it for me.

I would recommend this company and use them again in the future. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual.

Took at lease 3 phone calls while performing service. Did very little cleaning and was more interested in my chimney than the fireplace. After leaving the fireplace would not come on with the remote and I used a distributor of the fireplace manufacturer to do the job properly.

We kept being put on hold or called back. After the 2nd or 3rd try, we were lining up the appointment when the receptionist indicated we should buy the deal on Angie's list to save us the inspection fee of $25. I said what inspection fee--no one else was charging us one. She said she'd check and see if the owner would waive it. I said fine--we'll go ahead with the appointment unless we hear different. When they didn't show up, I called the office. The same receptionist said she'd called and left a message asking me to call back--the owner wasn't going to waive the fee. We never got the message. How short-sided this business is regarding a $25 inspection fee when we have over $1000 worth of repair from the 2 estimates we've received. Can't believe this company is on Angie's List!!

They informed they do not service my area even though I use service providers where they are located.

It was pretty good. They were very fast and the work quality was good it was just that we weren't aware that the exterior control of the damper would be removed so now we have an inside pull chain instead of an exterior non-suited control on the damper. We weren't aware of that so that was kind of a shock but the rest of it has been great. Once we called to arrange the service, it was pretty fast. We got an appointment pretty quickly. At the end of the day, we got a lot more done than what was covered in the "Big Deal".

Original inspector (Morgan) found lots of problems and recommended $1275 worth of cleaning, fixes and improvements. I want my home to be safe so I accepted the recommendations. First crew (Mikos and ?) was a couple of goofy, irresponsble young men who thought it was funny to stand on my roof and shout profanities. When the job was finished they said done and left. When I later wanted to use my fireplace I found I could not open the new damper (a Chiminator brand) and the smoky smell was overwhelming. I contacted Chimney.com through their main office for help. The office person (Brian) was very helpful and said He would get Morgan to come back. Aftert two attempts Morgan just could not seem to make the appointments. Brian continued to be very helpfus and had Austin and another young man come. They were on time, resolved my issues and apologized for the problems I had experienced. Brian and Austin were very helpful and professional but the earlier experiences with Mikos, Morgan and whoever the third person was was intolerable. I also do not believe that all of the work recommended was necessary.

They did a good job and I got the feeling that they were trying to up-sell me more work. I do not think that they were honest with the inspection. I would go with someone else.
