Description of Work: This place is very good at having all types of hardware related to windows and can order what they do not have. The long-standing problem with the company is that it always seems to take forever to get waited on. No one moves very fast.

Description of Work: I remember reading some of the reviews complaining about being contacted after the person comes to take measurements for an estimate. You may have to call them yourself to get the completed estimate. I now have a window in the place I just bought and will use them this fall to get the window re-sealed. They did the job right and did it well (3 windows on previous home) so I recommend Blaine and will use them again.

Description of Work: Instead of replacing a window, they replaced the thermal pane glass on one window and fixed another window that was loose in the sill. Another contractor recommended getting two new custom made windows which was 1500 + more expensive.

Description of Work: Blaine repaired two aluminum storm window panes, whose framing had come apart. I was fully satisfied with my phone contacts as well as my experience with their counter staff. I felt the price was reasonable, and the work was done to my satisfaction. My only complaint is that, since they have a heavy workload, it took more than a couple weeks to complete my job. (They also had to order parts, which had not yet come in by the original estimated completion date & which was responsible for the repair taking longer than expected.) I definitely will use their service again.
