David responded to my call promptly and set up an appointment within a day. He called to advise where he was with his schedule and how long before he would arrive at my home. He was very knowledgeable and immediately knew how to handle controlling the problems. I liked the fact that he not only took care of the issues, but offered advice on how I would be able to control the issues on my own. I also loved the fact that his treatments are of an organic nature. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use him again and have already given out a few recommendaitons to friends..

We were having an issue with bees at our back door. After a week of spraying, we realized we were only slowing them down, so called on Bee Be Gone for professional help. Mr. Engel, the owner, came out the same day and immediately identified the problem; two nests of German Yellow Jackets in the space between the siding and the inside walls. He explained to us carefully what was going on, how he would treat the areas, etc. We were told that if we saw more activity in 28 days, to call him. At this point, we haven't had an issue.He was very knowledgeable and professional and he will be the one we call if we ever have a stinging insect problem again. BTW, once I told him I found him through Angie's List, he gave us 10% off!

Two hornet nests appeared as if they were built overnight. On the first one we used an eco-spray purchased at the hardware store a couple weeks ago. It was too high to reach but the spray appeared to cease the construction. The 2nd nest was more aggressively built and lower to the ground. It was attached to the electrical box outside the house next to the front deck. We sprayed it which only aggrevated the hornets. Realizing DYI was not a good idea, I looked on Angie's List for a company. I called Bee Be Gone and David answered. He was very professional, understanding and worked me into his scheduled the same day. He explained what we had - bald headed hornets and removed both nests. He took the active hive with the queen intact and told me he had a place where he can return them to nature where they wouldn't be a hazard to humans which I thought was quite humane. He had the hives contained in his truck and asked if I wanted to see them but I declined. He told me some people find them interesting. I appreciated that. When I noticed another bee or some stinging thing go behind a window shutter he checked it out for me to see if I had another problem. Fortunately he said no. He provided written instructions to me as to what to do regarding my pet and people which is so helpful and went over them with me as well. There is a 3 month guarantee for the places he treated which I felt was reasonable considering you are dealing with nature. He was professional, pleasant, did his work efficiently and was on his way.

when I realized that we had carpenter bees I contacted Bee Be Gone. I set the appointment and David arrived just when expected. He accessed the issue and explained everything to us, even showing us a sample of what they do in wood. He used a botanical based product to remove them and we even watched the bees start to exit the infestation areas. David explained the follow up process that we needed to follow, to completely rid the area of the bees. He really made this an easy process and was very professional! Super overall experience!!!!!

David came on time as promised. He is very professional and knowledgible, and a pleasant person. He was happy to answer and explain all the questions I had on all the insect-related issues. After completing the service, he wrote down in the invoice what I should do next, along with whatever recomendations he had. The cost (i.e., $140) is after 10% discount for Angie's List members. For me, it seemed a little expensive based on the time he spent at my house, which, I think, was about 30-40 min. I think, his rate is based not on the amount of time, but on the service/procedures involved. In my case, the situation was not too bad, so, he did not have to spend that much time. Anyway, overall, I'm very satisfied with David's service. I trust him, and will call him again if I have any issues with insects.

We had bees making a home in the dirt under our deck. I found BeeBeGone on Angie's list and the reviews were so positive, I though we had to give them a try. David responded quickly to my phone call (although he told me that he is having problem with his email through his website, so don't use that way to contact him). He came out and assessed our situation and told me that they were digger bees. He explained to me that they are natural pollinators and wouldn't pose much of a concern and that I could leave them or he would relocate them to a nursery or farm which love them for their pollination skills. Due to the fact that we have kids in the yard all of the time we decided to have him relocate them. He explained to me that he would need to return on a cool day or rainy day when the bees would be in the nest in order to get them all when he dug it up otherwise they would return and find their nest gone and not be happy. David returned on the first cool, rainy day (a few days later). I wasn't home, but he called me to tell me he was coming and called me when the job was finished. The bees are gone and we are happy. We are also pleased that he offered a way to get rid of them without just killing them. We would have done that if we had to, but it is nice to know that they are busy pollinating somewhere beside our back yard. Also want to mention that when he first came to the house that he walked around the house to show me areas where insects or rodents might gain access to the house. When he noticed a gutter downspout that needed to be repaired, he went to his truck, got the necessary tool and fixed it on the spot--no charge- just did it. When we went around the perimeter of the house I never felt it was to try to sell me anything or to get me to have him do more than what I had asked him to do, it was more to educate me as a homeowner about simple things I could to do myself. One of the things that he suggested was that we clean out the leaves from under the deck and although we could have done that ourselves, I asked him if he could do it for us. We got a rake from the garage and he did it right away. David was professional and very nice to interact with. We would hire him again without hesitation.

Mr. Engel was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the cause of my insect problems and gave me different options on the services he could provide. He treated the areas that needed attention and made recommendations on actions I could take in the future. I highly recommend BeeBeGone

Assessed problem quickly and provided quote to eliminate bees under window seat. Once approved, he suited up to spray the bees. He explained the bee behavior and why other things we tried did not work. He explained what to do and not to do and when we should see resolution. He gave a date to call him back if the bees were not gone. He told us what to do to prevent the bees from returning. The bees are gone!

The operator was on time, very pleasant, very informative about the process. I called him late in the week and he was able to come on Saturday afternoon, which was a big help for our timing, as the wasps were getting very aggressive and I have an anaphalactic allergy to wasp stings. The process took very little time; the operator protected himself well from the wasps and the poison, told us when he was finished; it all probably took about half an hour. The price seemed acceptable. The wasps have not come back.

I would highly recommend hiring David. David arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to locate a hole between our basement foundation and basement wall very quickly where the bees had built a nest. Once he located the nest he explained what he was going to do next and what we needed to do to prevent bees again. The next day we saw three additional bees in our basement and then that was it. We have not seen a bee since. A++ work!!

The experience was very good. We were impressed because he didn't try to take our money. He said rather than going through the work of exterminating the hornets they would die naturally. He could have very well sacked us for a few hundred dollars and we were impressed with that. He was really professional and he seemed to know what he was doing.

All Excellent! David came as scheduled. Did the work promptly even though it was one of the very hottest days of the summer. Nest was deep so he had to do a lot of digging. Showed me the queen and the combs and removed them from my property. Have referred ths company to a couple of friends already.
